They were willing to accept my returned item, but instant they let me keep it, along with a store credit for that item. That's great customer service!!

Very good quality clothes for the price, some items didn’t fit and they offered to give me a full price credit while keeping the clothes which was a very nice option.

I was so impressed with the quality of the product! High quality and just like the picture! Kuddos to customer service that I received from the staff! Fast response friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Commense to anyone looking for a great affordable clothing with fantastic experience.

Their return policy is deceitful. They only offer you a partial refund, like 1/3, or store credit for items you don't want. Quality and craftsmanship are also pretty bad for the price. No different than Shein and at least Shein is much cheaper lol Lastly, shipping took me 6 weeks. So this company is a big no no based on my experience.

The clothing is good quality, the customer service is great! Things run on the small side.

The costumer service is great! Quickly helped me with my return. Also, the items were shipped pretty quick. Although,I gotta say I’m disappointed with the material and over all look of the clothes…Tbh it’s the same as shein, even has the same smell to it. Very pricy for low quality. It does look like a high quality store, but, like I’ve mentioned, nothing different from shein,other than, the price tag 5 times more expensive.

I recently purchased two dresses and a turtleneck top from Commense. The dresses fit perfectly, and the top is incredibly cozy to wear. While one of the dresses didn't quite meet my expectations, the customer service team was exceptional in addressing my concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

A good return policy to keep unwanted items rather than ship oversees and have wasted energy sending through packaging, ports, containers... Customer service handled it well!

I ordered a dress in two sizes in preparation for an event. I received the dresses and I just did not feel confident in this particular dress and did not feel the fabric was flattering to my body.

I submitted a return request, sent photos of the dresses to show their condition, the whole nine yards. I received an email stating I could receive a refund in the amount of less than 1/4 the total or less than 1/3 the total in store credit.

I was under the impression that so long as the dresses were in unworn condition and were returned within the return window, there would be no problem issuing a full refund.

Very frustrated by my experience and now stuck with two dresses I do not like and will have to try to sell them.

Although my garment was the wrong size, customer service provided me with several options including full refund and to me that goes beyond many companies.

I ordered a skirt and the quality is very good and the shipping was quick. I accidently ordered 2 and their customer service was fantastic in helping me out.

I thought the quality of the garment I purchased was much higher quality than expected. I am very impressed with the styles they offer. My only complaint is that the sizing differs. Some smalls were really XS and some were bigger like a medium. I was pleased with customer service on getting my return completed. The response time was adequate and Ines was very helpful. Thank you.
