Falk Culinair has been making professional-quality copper cookware in Belgium since 1958.
Our cookware is produced at our workshop in Wespelaar, near Brussels, where traditional metalworking skills are combined with modern manufacturing methods. We specialise in copper cookware made for serious home cooks and professional chefs.
Falk pioneered the use of bimetal technology to permanently bond a thin layer of stainless steel to copper plate for cookware. The process combines the exceptional heat control and responsiveness of copper with a durable stainless-steel cooking surface, eliminating the limitations of traditional tin-lined copper pans. This technology has remained at the heart of Falk cookware ever since.
Today our collection includes six distinctive cookware ranges, from traditional solid copper pans to modern induction-compatible designs.
Each range is made to the same demanding standards, with careful attention paid to performance, durability and practical everyday use.
We sell directly to customers throughout Europe and the United Kingdom, with worldwide delivery available to many other countries. Our cookware is supported by our own customer service team, so customers can speak directly with people who know our products.
We believe good cookware should last for decades rather than years. Many of the Falk pans we made during our early years are still being used today, and our aim remains the same: to make exceptional cookware that becomes a permanent part of your kitchen.

Not having the copper always polished is fine by me, I actually prefer it (mentioning this here because it seems others would stop buying these products for that reason. Nonsense!!!
