Welcome to Fallain Fitness, a premier sportswear company based in Scotland. As a family-run business, we are fuelled by our unwavering passion for fitness, health and overall well-being. Our journey began towards the end of 2021 when we identified a gap in the market for clothing that seamlessly combined style, comfort, and practicality. Driven by our deep Scottish roots, we proudly established Fallain Fitness, inspired by the Scots Gaelic word "Fallain," meaning "healthy." At Fallain Fitness, we are dedicated to providing an alternative perspective in the sportswear industry by breaking free from the ordinary and embracing unique designs. We strive to harmoniously blend fashion and practicality within our clothing range, allowing individuals to express their personal style while ensuring optimum performance. Quality is paramount to us, and we insist on the highest standards, guaranteeing that our customers not only look great but also feel their best. We are proud to share that our commitment to excellence has been recognised, as Fallain Fitness was honoured with the prestigious Activewear Brand of the Year 2023 award at the esteemed Scottish Health and Fitness Awards. This achievement serves as a testament to our relentless pursuit of providing exceptional products that empower individuals on their fitness journeys. However, our mission extends beyond creating outstanding sportswear. We firmly believe in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on society. As part of our social responsibility initiatives, Fallain Fitness has proudly donated £1000 worth of clothing to Shelter Scotland, an organisation dedicated to providing housing and support to those in need. By contributing to this cause, we strive to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce our collaboration with the Royal Navy, supplying them with top-of-the-line tracksuits and training gear for their esteemed rugby team. This partnership exemplifies our commitment to supporting and inspiring athletes at every level, including those who serve our country. By equipping the Royal Navy rugby team with premium gear, we empower them to perform at their best and achieve their goals both on and off the field. While our social presence is just beginning to flourish, we are fully devoted to continue building upon our already established community. We believe in fostering connections, sharing experiences, and supporting one another on our collective fitness journeys. Join us as we embark on this exciting adventure, where health, style, and community intertwine. Philip Tod and Andrea Tod, the founders of Fallain Fitness, lead with passion and expertise, infusing their vision into every aspect of our brand. Their commitment to promoting a healthier lifestyle and continuous improvement serves as the driving force behind our exceptional sportswear. Experience the Fallain Fitness difference and become part of our growing community, where style meets functionality and well-being is celebrated. Together, let's embrace a healthier, more vibrant life by escaping the ordinary.

I have just received my first order
I have just received my first order. I was a bit worried about sizing because I have never tried this brand before.
The leggings are really comfortable and the sizing is on point. I also got a hoodie which was really good quality as well.
Very quick dispatch. I love that I am buying from a Scottish company (keen to shop locally) and I will look forward to seeing the new ladies range when it is available.

Asked a simple question, got deleted
So this brand market itself with a name that means “health”. When I inquired on one of their ads on social media, why they exclusively use muscular models in their ads if they are called “health” fitness, they immediately deleted my comment. I think it is damaging and harmful to send the message that health=being muscular and perpetuates these unattainable ideals that a lot of men can’t achieve without sacrificing their mental or physical health. Anyway, just wanted to put this out there.

Hi Sandor, I'm incredibly sorry that you feel your concern wasn't addressed on one of our ads. To be absolutely clear, we do not delete comments on any ads unless they go against the platforms policy. I'd kindly ask you to consider this part of your review again.
To answer your question, we use a range of models across our website and in particular on our social media. We will continue to be a brand that promotes health and fitness that's accessible for all.
Thanks for your concern and I hope this addresses your question.
