Good quality and made in Britain

Great little company
Great little company my husband has been going on about having a tea set for ages and I happened to come across powder butterfly as they had a newcastle teapot set, I paid for extra for the delivery to come quicker it came on time but unfortunately even though it was wrapped well and taped up saying fragile the cup had smashed, I messaged straight away for corinne to message straight back saying she would send out an replacement and that she was ever so sorry that it had happened, 2 days later I received a completely whole new set not just the cup. This shows how much she cares about her customers as she has gone above and beyond to do this. I will definitely be recommending her to people and will be buying again, great little shop 👍

Thank you for leaving your order feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the size of the bag. I pride myself on delivering a quality product and service to my customers. The York Bag you purchased had the size of the bag in centimetres on the product listing to help you as our valued customer calculate what size the bag is before you purchase it.
If you are unhappy with the bag please feel free to return it for a full refund (excluding postage). I hope you are enjoying using the apron and the tea towel that you purchased with the York bag. If there is anything else I can do to help you please do not hesitate to get in touch.
And I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order, myself and my British suppliers appreciate your custom and support. However, if you require any assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch.
