Titan Depot Reviews

I highly recommend Titan Depot. Fast delivery, good quality, and good communication. Dean is an honest and reliable man. Happy to recommend 👌🏻

I bought myself and my partner a Self-Defence Tactical Pen each three years ago and unfortunately my pen was stolen recently. I visited the Titan Depot site last month with the hope I could buy a replacement as they are really good quality pens. Great to see that Titan Depot still sell the pens so bought more as they had a fantastic offer and also treated myself to an awesome belt. Great products offered on the Titan Depot site and as always great service from the team at Titan Depot!

Fast service from order to delivery. Very pleased with quality of product which in my opinion was great value for money

Products look better than I expected. The 1/4 zip jumper is suitable for every day/smart casual wear.

They also provide a small sample of the protective material so you can see for yourself that it is highly slash proof and resistant.

Selling team was also very communicative.

Prompt response to questions, quick delivery, and item exceeded expectations. Titan Depot provided an excellent service.

Fantastic bit of kit the who5dat hoodie. Great quality, washed up great after a muddy day on the bike and warm .

My son made a purchase which unfortunately wasn’t suitable for him. TD - customer service was very helpful and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Much appreciated!

Great product!
Pen is sturdy and I can see multiple uses for it. Excellent items to have with you at work, or out and about.

Very happy with my order from titan depot. I would recommend this company to anybody. Only wish all companies worked the same. ❤️👍👍👍👍

Thank you so much to the Titan Depot. I was looking for extra security for my family and I. If you’re looking for slash or stab proof protective clothing or other safety gear then this is an excellent place for it!
Customer service is also second to none as they go out of their way to make sure you’re looked after every step of the way.
Thanks again
Dawn

Great company, Great product, fast delivery and good communication! Will be purchasing from them again!

They did help me out when I ordered a hoody that didn't fit me so well. I hadn't sent the return back in the correct time, they said, but when I explained I had been moving house they were very accommodating at arranging a refund and are very quick to respond by email.

Can't say enough about this site.. the customer service and quality of the products are exactly what you want.

Product is what was advertised , and shipping was fast. Definitely a
" Go to " site .
thanks all

On behalf of a local authority, I made purchase of several pieces of personal safety equipment. The items were delivered swiftly, securely and all were true to size-chart.

I didn't need to, but was informed that exchanges for size issues are easily done and only at cost of return postage.

Really happy with the customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Titan Depot again.

The size garment was too big. It was exchanged no bother from the titan staff. Good customer service.
