Bad experience. Arranged a zoom call with a solicitor who didn't turn up, I called the office to find out if everything was ok and they said they "Didn't know where she was". The gentleman on the call helped me with my queries as best he could (the line was terrible), solicitor tried to call me back while I was on the phone. I have been trying to return the call for days and the phone just rings off and goes to voicemail - managed to finally get someone to answer today and the response was "She's not in", I'm not expecting her to return my call based on experience so far - considering that this firm was a highly recommended one, I am beyond disappointed.

Siaana has been so helpful since she took over our case. She was so quick to respond to emails and make sure we fully understood everything going forward. She gave us amazing advice and told us about the paralegal that would be helping us going forward in the court.

I would highly recommend Siaana and Family law decisions to anyone who needed the help.

Like most others I was looking for value for money in respect of legal advice vs traditional solicitors with experience in family matters.

Initial call request completed and call scheduled. Lots of automated emails but no call as expected or explanation why or chance to reschedule.

No response to emails or WhatsApp. Eventually someone called, had a very brief conversation and emailed relevant documents.

I paid the invoice immediately. At this stage my confidence in the services was low and no advice or support as advertised was given due to the lack of contact.

Given that a statement requires more than very brief information to write, I was not comfortable at all that any produced statement would be much use or accurate. No planning, awareness or strategy.

Someone else then contacted me to confirm they were preparing a statement with the little information I had provided and before having the other sides statement to refer and respond to, another big red flag.

No response throughout from Jeff in respect of my emails. Very disappointing, ultimately a waste of time, effort and money.

Requested a refund, my expectation is that it would be done quickly and with little fuss. Emailed accounts as directed, no response, acknowledgement or refund.

These issues and approach are unlikely with a traditional solicitor who is authorised and regulated. You generally get what you pay for.

Siaana and Lee-ann, both amazing with helping, guiding and supporting me. My case is still on going but they have both been fantastic and patient.
Can't thank them both enough. Only wish they could both represent me in court to talk on my behalf and fight my case for me with the judge. Otherwise excellent service

I have worked with them to get a specific issue order to travel abroad with my daughter and they have also worked with me to get the Child Arrangements Order. My matter was with urgency and they have worked non stop to achieve what I needed.
