1 stella perche non posso metterne meno , mai attivato volontariamente tale servizio , mi sono stati addebitati i costi e per bloccarlo ho dovuto far rifare la carta di credito
a oggi non ho ancora capito come hanno fatto a prendersi i dati della mia carta e non ho ancora capito che servizio sia

Hanno fatto un prelievo anche a me di 29.50 ma non ho cliccato nulla , e loro non si riescono a contattare

I hanno addebitato 29 euro per un account non richiesto. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e dice che secondo loro ho attivato in abbinamento e descritto tutte le procedure da me effettuate. Impossibile. Nella data dell'abbonamento l'unica cosa comprata è stata su dazn per vedere le i quarti non trasmesse dalla rai. Affermano che ho cliccato su un loro banner e fatto tutta la procedura per l'acquisto di un abbonamento!

Mi hanno appena addebitato 29,90 per chissà quale cosa. Ho scoperto dopo che esiste FamilyNow. Credo di aver perso i soldi.
La mia banca purtroppo alla pagina contatti ti mette delle FAQ. Una volta ti faceva bloccare gli accrediti sospetti adesso sono peggio di FamilyNow.

Utterly misleading site which is so easily clicked onto (via What3Words in my case) which looks like part of the site,asks you to confirm your details and then secures payment information (£0 at the time)
The is no information/hint/clue that it's a subscription service, what it's for and what the charges could possibly be!

Then, when you try and access your account information, there is NO way to cancel payment information, cancel subscription or manage it (if you did actually want it).

On the introductory email it says you can manage your payment plan, account etc, but that is a blatant lie!

Customer service is apparently 24/7 but not for the UK number I have tried (at 2am) and makes an international call which costs even more!,

Beware of them... I have sent an email requesting confirmation that I have unsubscribed, yet to have a reply!

I have had to freeze my card to avoid getting charged, which is a pain in the #@&*!

Scammers who should be prosecuted from the accounts of other reviewers who have lost money!

Second time on Pets4homes and 2nd time I have supposedly signed up for this streaming company. I am not stupid just trying to rescue a dog and didn't give my details to this company, zero, non. How do they get my bank details?I thought I was going into my legit account but again been scammed. Clever but disgusting

No sé de dónde han “robado” los datos de mi tarjeta y periódicamente intentan cargos que mi banco rechaza. Podéis absteneros ya que mi tarjeta ya está bloqueada y emitido plástico nuevo.

Mi sono trovato abbandonato a family now club con un addebito in banca di 29,90 euro senza un mio consenso ne telefonico ne per inscritto, non ho capito come e' possibile fare ciò, sito truffa

Truffa!!Mai richiesto abbonamento e per giunta non si può nemmeno contattare nessun servizio clienti..Schifosi

arrivata mail di attivazione abbonamento, ma non avevo richiesto niente, pensavo fosse solo uno dei tanti spam invece i soldi sono stati prelevati veramente
Ora dopo due giorni, un altra email mi ha segnalato un rinnovo non so nemmeno di che cosa, ora presenterò denuncia, per far presente che la mia carta è stata usata da ignoti senza il mio consenso

I have just had a notification stating that they tried to take money at 3am. I've never even heard of this company... I have now had to block my cards. Which has caused me issues.... This company needs closing down to protect people

Mai richiesto abbonamento è una truffa fate attenzione

Me han cobrado 29,50 € a cambio de nada. Es una estafa. Estas informándote de algo en una pagina y al principio te cobran 0 euros pero sin querer supuestamente te has suscrito en algo. A los tres dias te cobran 29,50 euros y no sabes de que es.
Si lo denuncias no te devuelven el dinero porq es una estafa menor de 50€
