Be aware before buying that these are fake items from Pakistan.

Hoodie is fake. Poor quality and stitching coming undone. Website misleading. No warehouse in Newcastle. Comes from Pakistan. Took many attempts to get refund. Was offered partial refund over and over again. Person very polite through emails and did respond quickly but I would not recommend unless you are happy to have a copy item from Pakistan.
Sorry - despite being asked to put a 4/5 star review on here (because they gave me a refund!!) that would be a dishonest review.

Horrendous experience avoid at all costs!!! Wanted £30 to return item as incorrect size, but then to find out I have bought counterfeit goods that's actually illegal!! I will be taking this further. Company is not even in the UK cheap nasty items from Pakistan. Not replying to my emails because I've called them out on counterfeit goods!!. Don't waste your money.

Great communication. Ordered a hoody, didn't realise it wouldn't be genuine. Issue dealt with promptly though and refund received all ok.

The coat itself is beautiful, and really comfortable. I get a lot of compliments on it. I recommend this website, especially as their customer service is prompt.

I ordered a Stussy hoodie it arrived within a few days saying it was coming from Newcastle but actually came from Pakistan, the quality is still good.

Terrible quality- ordered jumper stupidly thinking it was genuine site and it’s got an awful black lining in it. States online it’s from Newcastle but Infact Pakistan.
Asked for a refund so emailed about how I got about it, got an email back asking for images with jumper on??

I ordered a Marty McFly Puffer for fancy dress. Given price and photos on website, I thought it would be an exact copy, but, it arrived with pointed collars and not rounded as advertised and the horizontal seams were different to advertised. Otherwise, jacket was acceptable. It was too late to return as I need jacket for fancy dress. I emailed Famous Jackets and they were very good at communicating and understood my disappointment and offered a 35% refund and £25 voucher off next purchase. I emailed back and requested a 50% refund instead and they agreed. I can't fault the response from customer service which was very good and they said that they would pass on my concerns to producer of jacket.

I have to say the customer service was excellent, prompt replies and a full refund issued into my account promptly, after I rejected the original offer of a 50% refund. The item however was not.
My purchase was a pink palm puff hoody. FAKE, if anyone on here says otherwise they are mistaken. I got suspicious when my tracking said it was in Pakistan. I contact pink palm puff and they confirmed this company are not licenced to sell their original products so it will be a fake. Pink palm puff DO NOT ship to the UK. I did ask the question to this company, their answer was they strive to provide authentic products- so the question was dodged.
The fake was a poor one at that, it wasn’t embroidered on the back, it was printed. It was lined with similar material to a raincoat. To top it off it had a label saying genuine leather ?!! I paid £59. If a fake is what you want I would suggest using a different company and save yourself an fortune.

I ordered a Stussy Hoodie, took 2 weeks to arrive. It is definitely fake but i have to say the customer service was good. The head hole was tiny & not stretchy material & not happy with the label on the back.
After numerous emails & they got back to me everytime i had my refund.
So all in all for me the customer service was fine.
Refund only took a few days.

Ordered a jumper for my daughter for £59, the jumper had black satin sewn into the jumper??????? The jumper was pink! This meant the head hold did not stretch, the jumper could not be worn. I emailed and did get a reply but it was like Egypt, I had to barter for my refund, they offered 25% and I could keep the jumper, but a newborns head wouldn’t fit through the hole. We carried on like this till we got to 75% and I couldn’t be bothered begging for my money back anymore so just accepted and the jumper is in the bin! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The Jacket was not exactly as per the website but the customer service I have received has been exemplary. Everyone I spoke to via email and phone was very friendly and efficient

Paid £60 for a hoody for my daughter. It arrived. The hole for the head is incredibly small & my daughter cannot get her head through the hole! The material does not stretch. The phone number on their website is not in service. I have emailed 3 times - no reply. I have sent a letter - no reply! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Jumper not good. Customer service good though. Just waiting on refund. Will update my review if necessary.

Item took ages to arrive when it arrived it was packed and squished into a plastic bag.
Leather jacket was cheap quality oversized doesn't match the size chart.
No return label ( Don't buy from this company)....be careful.

I ordered a jacket telling me its coming from the UK. It came 5 weeks later from Karachi, Pakistan. The Jacket was NOWHERE near the jacket I ordered. It was a cheap flimsy poundland quality jacket (I paid £90 for it). When I tried to complain, they offered 25% refund only. I tried to leave a negative review on the site to prevent people from buying, but it was 'rejected by moderators'. Every positive review you see of this site is FAKE. DO NOT BUY!
