So far everything is good, but sometimes I don't receive Sms notifications untill I open the app.

Nul . They gave me a complaints number and they refused to take my complaint. Many hours incidents and no compensation. I use their number for my work , I receive and answer calls and paid base on that . Worst company of the world.

They Deducted 500 USD from my bank account, and when asked they claimed they have already refunded.. but refused to provide any transaction details.

the amount is not visible in my Fanytel account credit either, which was proof enough that It was triggered from their server end.

30 days is the refund time and they are not responding

Please I need my refund back…I mistakenly paid for credit instead of number…I don’t want to make the payment anymore so please refund my money that I used to pay for the credit I don’t have number for…thank you

Nothing works. You buy the number, it doesn't appear in the app, you talk to support, finally you see the number. You try to call or text, it doesn't work. You try to call or text your new fanytel number, it doesn't work. Support is there but they don't seem to have any idea what's going on. I deleted my account, I put the money on the loss.

Web dialler hasn't worked for months. Waste of money.

I've been using Fanytel for virtual numbers and I’m really impressed with their performance. The SMS delivery is super fast, and I received my verification codes almost instantly. Calls are also crystal clear with no connectivity issues.

If you're looking for a reliable service for OTPs or international calls, this is it. Great experience so far! Highly recommended.

I bought five numbers in which three numbers are not working on any way. I am not receiving any otp nor any calls or sms. I contacted their customer support they refused to solve my issue and denied to replace numbers. Worst experience. I have lost my money.

I wish I would have seen this before purchasing credit toward this platform. By far the worst app , look elsewhere. The customer support isn't even available ..

Worst dialler app ever, bad quality, no QOL features, pressing buttons on the dialler doesn't work during call, useless support - DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

Great service and excellent customer support moved my money from another account into my new account and transferred my phone number to the new account would recommend to get this service and prices are pretty good.

Top notch, they helped me with my expired number recovery.

The only reason I didn't give this company a 1-star review is 1) their telephone service seems to work 2) their prices are incredible. I signed up for a US virtual number. I can receive text messages on it, but not a single message I've sent out has been received, and I've sent them indisputable proof of this fact.

Experience was negative from minute #1. I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store. It doesn't work! Answering calls is impossible. I contacted their Whatsapp 'Support' and they admitted an issue had been identified in the latest Android version of the app. That's all they said. They didn't offer a resolution. They didn't tell me the previous version of the app worked and where to get it. I found an earlier version of their app on my own which did work for calls.

I've read other reviews on here and notice Fanytel Customer 'Support' is very quick to respond to negative reviews, urging the complainant to get in touch with customer support to resolve the issue. Skim the other reviews here, and you'll see what I mean. Don't believe a word of what they say. In my exchanges, I have not noticed Fanytel putting up any pretenses of trying to resolve a thing. They charge 20 cents for international sms messages they don't deliver and 10 cents for US messages they don't deliver. That's one thing they're superb at -- billing for things they don't deliver.

Their excuses morph in an instant. When delivery to my international numbers didn't work, they said, "International SMS work [sic] but delivery is not guaranteed. We only guarantee local SMS delivery." Later, I'm told that US delivery isn't guaranteed for T-Mobile numbers. They should have been honest and said it's not guaranteed for ANY numbers.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it's certain numbers that don't work. I asked if they might switch out my Fanytel number with a number that actually works. Never heard back on that one. You won't hear back much or at all from these guys. They're a company of very few words.

I get the impression it's a one- or two-man operation that is, pun intended, phoning it in. Lucky for me, this Fanytel number is not that important to me and I spent less than $20 for a year's subscription and some phone credit. I hardly got raped.

The most frustrating thing is that Fanytel is not going through any pretense of acting like they're trying to improve the customer experience. I am okay if the service fails now and again. At these prices, I can't complain too much. All I want is a number that actually sends/receives sms and makes/receives calls the majority of the time.

Based on my survey of prior reviews here, Fanytel 'Support' will probably respond to this review, apologizing for my experience and asking me to get in touch with them. I already have gotten in touch with them a half dozen times and received useless one- or two-sentence replies that address and solve nothing. Their apologies on this site are theater to convince future customers they're attentive to customer issues. I think all their "Support" work must be coming to sites like this to paste cookie-cutter replies. It's not to improve their network, I can assure you.

Sign up at your own risk. And if you do sign up, just do it for a month and put only $2 of extra credit on your account. Your total investment for the number, setup fee, and credit will be $4. Use that $2 of credit to test the service diligently, sending texts to friends and family and have them send messages back to you. Do they receive them? Do you receive yours? Since you'll probably have the same experience I've had, you can jump ship after a month, writing your own negative review here after the experience, without having to be in bed with a company for a year that, at this rate, won't be around for so long. Companies like this who don't give a hoot about their customers don't deserve to stay in business.

I can deal with second-rate companies offering bargains. What do I expect? Five-star service? But come on, the company still has to do the bare minimum. When you stay in a 1-star hotel and the sink is clogged, the hotel still sends in a plumber to address the issue. I wouldn't have cared if Fanytel took two weeks to address my problem, if they had only acted like they were really trying to solve anything. They're not.

The glowing reviews you read here are probably fake. I cannot believe anyone would rave about this company's (non-existent) Customer Service.

A good share of these companies offering virtual numbers are likely equally as terrible. What I'll give Fanytel is that they offer excellent prices for their mediocrity whereas many others charge 4x or 5x more for equally terrible offerings.

I paid a us phone number plus $9.99 credit ,but it’s not working, it can’t call out or receive call.
Their customer service doesn’t respond first, then 2 days later they only respond with what’s your problem, what you want?

It appears to be an Indian run scam . Their sms messages prices have one for us phones ,another for Idian phones. They don’t even write English properly.

The reply by Fanytel just like a copy paste nonsense like their email. The details had already provided in the emails, if no refund, a charge back will be initiated to get back the money. More charge back complaints will close you account with the bank.
By the way, many positive 5 stars reviews looks fake as they don’t give specific details, just generally one line complement, viewers be aware.
Check the Apple app reviews as they were written by real buyers, not like this website anyone can write fake review.
Notice the respond from Fanytel didn’t even know how spell Fanytel in giving their email . They may edit later, but they did expose themselves as scammers.
