Multiple carriers and flights

Elgart went above and beyond to handle my clients' reservations. BUT, we had significant issues getting them booked. This was not the first time we had issues with the Verification Team calls to the client to assure that there was no hacking. We understand the need for such in this day and age. There was also a delay in completing the booking due to what Farebuzz said was credit card company denial of one of the 4 charges, but the credit card company said was incorrect security code given on one of the 4 charges. Repeated calls to the client and repeated calls by the client to the credit card company made the process difficult. Am hoping you can find an easier way to book clients' flights.

Terrible customer service, they don't help me out at all, he hang up phone on me all the time. When it comes to purchasing a ticket, they will be so nice to you, when comes to refund or any problem they put you on hold, they go to sleep, I heard he snores, finally drops the call because his sleep was disrupted. Truly Scammers; another problem, united airline sent my refund to them, i call them, they are saying they don't have my money, that seems to be they stole my check. So i have to call united airlines my self to resolve the issue. I never ever recommend this nasty travel agency to any family and friends. Hope that i can help you guys. Don't Don't deal with them.

The ease of booking on the website was extraordinary. Then while away on the vacation I needed assistance and that Farebuzz representative was more than informative and helpful and making changes needed.

Twice when booking rental cars for clients, they were over charged. I am still waiting on credit for one of them and the second will be filing a claim after their trip is completed next week.
