I wish I could book air directly via the website but everytime I try, the birthdate is not accepted. It is very time consuming to talk with a staff member to book the air. Everyone is always fantastic. It just takes too much time.

My customer called me out of concern. Farbuzz never mention they would contact customers if there spouses are booked for a flight even if the card holder is traveling and paid for the trip. This triggered a concern by customer and myself. Had we been aware and expected This experience it would have been better.

It was my first time using your site and it was an amazing learning experience. Ana Baez was patient and knowledgeable and I am grateful for everything she did to help me with the process

Reservations Agent, Scott, is excellent. She has helped me late evenings (PST) with a couple of bookings in the past few months. What I do not approve of, nor appreciate, is your CC billing/payment department calling customers directly, saying they are from Fare Buzz or Cheap O Tickets, to get their approval for the charge on their CC. #1 I, as the agent, already have their approval and #2, the customer/consumer does not know either company, unless they routinely book their "air only trips" online and get easily confused, thinking the calls are SCAM/PHISHING. I tell my customers I am booking their flights through an Air Consolidator - not naming the company. My customers let me know about the 2+ calls and said the callers were rude and even one hung up on one of the customers. Unacceptable, please change your CC approval policy.
