Very unhappy with customer service the phone system is horrible horrible. So much hold time and u don’t get no answer sometimes I have to call couple of times to get hold of someone this is not right it’s summer time busy timing.

Success with my $32,000 BOOKING!.. Just a party of 4. Tracy even arranged a small commission for me. I have other issues, not with Tracy for sure) The real test of this review.. If I actually hear back from someone about my not being able to access your booking website. and of coursse when to expect our commission.
