This was my first time booking and was very pleased. I was surprised at the easy way it was to follow all shown in the webinars. Although it was a little higher price, than some others checked if I didn't rent a car.

I had 3 tickets on a flgiht that was canceled. Fare Buzz has not refunded the tickets.
I call the airlines and they tell me because I booked through Fare Buzz that I must get my refund through Fare Buzz.

Booked 6 airline tickets. Received email confirmation. Was left a VM on a Friday and told I needed to “confirm” that all 6 were going on the same credit card. I confirmed this with the person I called back and Friday only to be told that I had to speak to another department. I was told that department would call me Monday. When I spoke with them on Monday I was told my reservation was canceled on Sunday and I would need to rebook and that the tickets had gone up by $90 each. If there is a concern about charging six tickets and one credit card don’t let me do it or have me call in for assistance.

I wasn’t able to see the final total until after I’d put the payment in. The total was $100 more than what I quoted & id even lowered my commission to prevent this from happening & it was still more. Not good business. More transparency is paramount.
