My experience with FashionGo has been a love hate. I honestly give it a 5 stars because their customers service is AMAZING!!! I’ve called in so many times weather I get the same rep or a different rep, they really all take the time to answer my question. I even get calls back which is rare because most companies with say they did but no voicemail or email follow up. The platform on the other hand really needs to stop changing with no notice. It makes it really hard for business.

HoneyPeach - shipping issues
Our shipments from Honeypeach continue to go to our old shipping address. We updated our shipping address many months ago on FashionGo.net. For some reason FashionGo and HoneyPeach are not talking to each other. After numerous attempts to resolve this with FasionGo and HoneyPeach, the information is still outdated with the employees at HoneyPeach. In addition trying to contact HoneyPeach directly is very difficult. They don't answer phones, emails, or messages. It's really astonishing that in 2023, system to system communicatons do not work between FashionGo and HoneyPeach. Please have a Supervisor call me to get this fixed ASAP.
