Excellent, efficient, easy! I LOVE FashionGo! Extremely easy to navigate, has a wide selection of amazing products from awesome vendors that my clients cannot get enough of! This site is a must for any retailers who need an amazing selection of wholesale apparel, accessories and even home accessories and everything else! Love, love, love! Their customer service is amazing too! Quick to respond if I have any questions at all! Cannot imagine doing business without FashionGo!!!

Everyone knows and shops here but I wish the app was a better experience. The app is slow to load the vendors and hard to navigate back and forth sometimes once in a store. The back button on the phone drops you out of the app completely. Try to fix these issues

I recently started using Fashingo and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The site was easy to navigate, with clear and concise menus and directions. The layout was visually appealing and the overall design was professional. The content on the site was formatted and informative, and I was able to find everything I was looking for quickly and easily. Overall, I had a positive experience on this site and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Great job for creating such a user-friendly and useful platform.

I love Fashiongo they are my favorite place to shop with so many varieties. Date of experience is everyday.

Easy order, quick shipping or updates on orders, good selection for small boutiques

I like the easiness of it. I don't like that their Premium brands dont really seem Premium and they never get new lines in. I think FashionGO needs to get strict on these brands offering sizing for items... most do not and if they do many times we have found they are inaccurate. Also some brands never get back to you when you message them

FashionGo has made everything so easy from picking styles to prices! Love it, would recommend it to everyone.

I really love their customer service. Very helpful and when they say they will get back to you they actually do. System can use some work as far and glitches but other then that FashionGo has and will always be my number one favorite place to shop for my store.

I joined FashionGo over a year ago and ive had nothing but an awesome experience with them. FashionGo has honestly made shopping an experience. Their customer service is always un rushed a wonderful 1 on 1 service, and they are so informed. Their Customer Service team is stellar i can’t say enough about their team, they have been so wonderful and patient with me and my million questions lol. I waited for the dropshipping with so much excitement and its been great! I couldn’t be more satisfied, so easy to navigate and the fast shipping. This new dropshipping service honestly has saved me so much time and money! Very recently I called regarding a dropshipping order i placed and they were so quick to assist and answer all my questions Im excited for whats next for FashionGo

Pirated goods, they infringe on copyright protected art. I have been contacted by someone who let me know my art is being used on shirts on this site. I tried to contact them and after 3 emails they still would not allow me on the site to file a DMCA. Sell this stuff and you will have infringement claims against you.

I have been shopping w fashion go for my boutique for over 10 years. They have been an invaluable service to me bc I don't live near a fashion hub market and they provide great fashion and I wish they could fix their problems... My card has been compromised and used fraudulently countless times... including recently despite their "secure" efforts. Their web mobile is becoming too frustrating to use by freezing and crashing constantly and one must go through all the offerings of each vendor bc their filters and categories do not work anymore ( and they used to work great.) Their general search bar does not work either...I keep getting 0 results even when I type in generic subjects like "white cardigan". This wastes a lot of time. I called them to see what is going on and they refuse to accept these issues. I deleted the app and reinstalled as instructed and still the same issues. They also took off the button to send message to sender from the invoice so you can not cancel backorders or bring up issues w your order as easily and unless you are completely on top of it you may get summer clothing in the middle of winter because that order was placed so long ago you tend to think it's not coming and you have no way to contact the vendor through the invoice and you cannot return it w out paying for shipping and restocking fees. You will also lose the battle if a vendor sends you defective merchandise or misrepresented merchandise. Their vendors will also send one item at a time (when you order multiple items) even 1 day apart and charge you overpriced shipping each time. I'm thinking is a way for them to make more money

They used to provide a great service despite all the stolen cards but I'm being forced to look for other options to shop. They are allowing bad behavior and the shopper has no recourse. Their problems are getting worse and it seems very unfair to their shoppers whose time is harder to find w short labor market and their vendors who may not know how hard it has become to shop them through fashion go.

OK, so my 3 star review is due to the help I've been able to get/not get thus far as a new buyer to their network. This really applies to the vendors on the platform, as that's what FG is, a network for B2B transactions. The lack of info these vendors provide in terms of sizing & info avail for their products is ridiculous. They know good & well that simply saying S-L is not accurate enough, so far this applies to almost every single vendor I have looked at on the site or messaged for better info. Some do not even reply! That certainly makes me think twice about wanting to give said vendor my hard earned money. Where I feel that FG is failing, is by not requring these vendors to give more accurate sizing & product info, also they should be required to give a very close estimate on shipping before processing the payment as I have read several reviews with many of the vendors that they overcharge for shipping. Again my only complaint towards FG is them not being more demanding of what the vendors are required to offer to potential buyers. Very disappointed & have been weary of placing orders for the reason of not being able to get info requested. I also feel like some of the vendors are not true wholesalers, as their prices are very high.

Ordered some swimsuits for my boutique. I am highly disappointed. It looks nothing like the picture or description.

Worst company ever. Do not shop with them! I made an order with Boswell fashion on Fashiongo after being advised the shipping was $15 however when I saw a shipping fee transaction on my bank statement it was $68. When I got in touch with the vendor to tell them there must have been a error they told me they made a mistake & gave me the wrong shipping price! I then told them I no longer wanted the items as it was too much money but they ignored me. I then wrote to Fashiongo as I made the order through them and they told me I need to take this matter up with the vendor which I was so confused about because the vendor was ignoring ALL my messages. I told Fashiongo I wanted a refund as I had been over charged however they started to ignore me as well. Now it is 6 months later I have STILL not received my order that I was over charged for and whenever I write to Boswell fashion and Fashiongo they just ignore all my emails and messages. I am disgusted at the fact I spent $200 dollars on clothing that I have not yet received and when contacting both vendors all they do is ignore me !
