I have never dealt with a company with more Integrity, Honesty. and kindness.There was not one email I sent regarding our Can Am battery that I did not get a response right back. Not only was it the quickest response ever! They never dropped the ball from start to finish! Our battery had a couple weeks until the warranty was over. And they let me know they would be replacing it. Don’t hesitate to order from them. You will not find better people. A better company! I order a lot from different online companies . I’m so grateful for all their help and work ethics. Their kindness support and emails spoke loudly that their number one priority was their customers! We got our battery! Beware of this company- my son paid…
Beware of this company- my son paid 1300.00 for rims over a year ago. Kept getting a run around let them know he heard they were discontinued and they told him they would be issuing a refund, 5 months later still nothing. They don’t answer calls, emails or chats! Stay clear. We are hiring a lawyer!
Edit- yes it has been finally refunded- i appreciate that. I still don’t understand why it took this review to get anything done about the situation. This is not how a business should be ran and the lack of customer service should be a HUGE red flag.

Due to the time elapsed, the refund could not be processed on the original payment method, causing further delay in issuing it. We confirm the refund has now been completed.
While the issue was resolved and the refund processed, and we understood this feedback would be removed, we acknowledge its continued presence. We regret this unacceptable experience and are reviewing our processes for such complex cases.

I will NEVER go through this company again. They have worst customer service & never answer the phone I’ve called them everyday for 2 weeks straight and have yet to get a person on the phone nor a call back from them. You email them trying to follow up with an order you’ll be lucky if you hear back same week from them. Just terrible service & customer gratification is none existing with FastModz. So unless they are your last resort I’d go directly to the source instead of using them.

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service and communication had no info on my order until I emailed them 7 days later they send me a tracking number a couple hours later that shows it haven’t even been processed kept asking then what was going on the just strung me along never gave me a eta had to order the tires from another company to meet the deadline then these showed up a couple days later and now just stuck with them $1100 wasted thanks to their incompetence
