I chose the backflip hard cover because it will last longer than the soft covers. I had a problem with one of the latches and it was replaced -no questions asked. It was replaced quickly. Another cable broke and again it was replaced quickly. I am impressed with the companies response and willingness to stand behind their product.

Ordered the MX-4 Bed Cover for my 2026 F-150. Received a fair price and cover came within the time period quoted. Installation went smoothly but the last panel (at tailgate) scrapped. After driving for several weeks with cover in place, retightened all the screws and bolts and now the cover works prerfectly. As I side note, cover had now been installed about 6-week and after several heavy rain downpours, I have not noticed any water inside my truck bed.

Ordered an MX 4 EZ Lift and was quoted a very good price. Made the purchase and my card was debited immediately. Never got anything from the company concerning the sale or ship date. After a week, I contacted them and was told they would ask the manufacturer what was going on. Two days later, I called them again since I hadn’t gotten a further response. I was told that the manufacturer was having staffing issues and it would be another week before it was shipped. At that point, I cancelled and was told the credit would be processed immediately. That was 5 days ago and still no refund.

In the mean time, I got a price match and same day shipment from a competitor. I’ve already installed the cover but have yet to get a response from TC. Still haven’t gotten anything from customer service beyond that they’re working on it. Looks like I’ll have to go through the credit card company to get my refund. Buyer beware!

Ordered Amp running boards yesterday received them in less than 24 hours of ordering! Exceeded expectations to say the least! Also at a great price! Considerably less than other online sellers. Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for truck accessories. Great job folks!

Let me start by saying that I did eventually receive my cover for a great price. With that being said, when I paid for it, I was told it would ship out within 2 days, it was 8 before it shipped. During that time, I called them everyday for a status update, since I never received anything from them without asking. Finally when my cover arrived, it didn’t include the rails, they came 2 days later. When I called asking about the rails, they said they would follow up with Retrax and call me back, that never happened. Ultimately, customer service was non-existent, but the price was good, for this amount of money, I’m not sure it’s worth the trade off,

Submitted my email address to get a price on a specific bed cover. 1st canned reply - no price as promised! Just a bunch of hard sell tactics to get me to call them. I replied, I just wanted the promised quote. Another canned reply - with no quote. Tried one last email. Got another canned email saying I should contact them. I unsubscribed.
4 weeks later, I'm still getting canned emails from this guy Shaun! I explained I already bought a cover from another company and I unsubscribed. The emails keep coming.
Any company that replies on lousy, sales tactics will eventually fail (I can only hope).
This is not a large company. It is one guy drop shipping covers. You can do better if you shop around!

Everything went great on my Worksport AL3 order and installation.

Awesome purchasing experience, awesome tonneau cover! I was initially a little reluctant to buy the cover on line but Shaun assured me everything would go smoothly. The cover arrived in just a couple days and the box was undamaged. Everything inside was as it should be and assembly on the truck went well with the exception of one minor modification to the piece that attaches to the back of the cab. The cover fits my truck perfectly and looks fantastic! It is both very well made and has several quality features. I’m extremely happy with this whole experience! My cover is a Lomax Stance for a Hyundai Santa Cruz.

Ordered the Amp Research Powersteps for my 2025 F150 Poowerboost Lariat around noon, received them the next day via FedEx and installed same day.
The rep JC was great and confirmed the model number I needed. Shipping was fas and they had the lowest price on the internet. It pays to shop around!
Looking forward to getting a tri fold hard bed cover in the future from them.

This is the 3rd cover I’ve ordered from Tonneau covered every transaction has been amazing. I had to use the warranty 2 years later and they made it so easy. A few pictures and it was processed and being shipped out. They’ve got a customer for life.

They sent me a mix matched set up for power truck steps refused to help me lied about what happened they lied to paypal in the dispute threatened me if I didn't remove the dispute terrible company that employs terrible shady people and will burn you at any chance they get then blame you.

I was sent an email that stated: they could do better on pricing over the phone. So I called in to order and price was the same. No big deal. The problem I have is that I was told it would ship first of the next week. Well on January 9th I had not heard anything so I called in and girl said she would send me tracking number. The number didnt even work as I checked while on the phone call. So I asked about canceling the order and was told too late to cancel because it has shipped. And there would be a 20% restocking fee. So I then asked to speak to person whose took order or someone in management. After few minutes on hold the guy explained it had just shipped from the factory. Problem is I needed for work and dont have it and it has already been 14 days. First if couldn’t guarantee the shipping time frame they shouldn’t have told me that. Second after 15 days I should have gotten a call letting me know. I could have gotten it guaranteed to ship from another company and paid $70 more. Generally not a problem but I needed bed covered to carry work items. They are very nice people but customer service could improve. Had they let me know I would have paid more somewhere else to get it. I am disappointed in the fact that they didnt call to let me know. Now saying shipped and would probably have it Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. That means 19-20 days to receive the cover. Cost savings are not worth the difference in shipping time.

I had questions about some of the contents in the box, I called on a Saturday, they answered and were very polite and helpful, that is rare.
