Thank you for your response on 7/10/2026. However, I believe my review has been misunderstood.
My concern was never that BB Wheels has a return policy. In fact, I specifically advised future customers in my review to carefully read the return policy and understand the potential costs before purchasing. I fully acknowledge that businesses have policies.
My concern was the customer service experience surrounding those policies.
During my conversation with customer service, I specifically asked about the costs associated with returning my order. I was only told about the wheel restocking fee. At no point was it explained that every accessory item would also incur its own separate restocking fee, along with additional taxes. That lack of transparency is what I found disappointing.
Equally important was the complete lack of empathy. I explained that I was a repeat customer who had just gone through having my son's vehicle stolen, purchasing a replacement vehicle that immediately developed major mechanical issues, and then being forced to return brand-new, unopened wheels because the vehicle itself had to be returned. Rather than acknowledging those circumstances or simply expressing understanding, the response was essentially, "We charge for everything."
As someone who spent years in customer service before opening my own business, I know firsthand that customers don't always expect exceptions to policy. What they do expect is clear communication, professionalism, and empathy. Those qualities build customer loyalty even when the answer cannot change.
My review reflects that experience. It was never intended to dispute your written policies. It was intended to provide feedback on how those policies were communicated and how I was treated throughout the process.

These guys are awesome. Great communication, best quality tires at a great price. Hassle free and worked well with company I used to finance my tires through. First and last worst experience ordering with this company
Considering I order tires from different companies in the past
I decided to try B & B Wheels for the first time and had a horrible experience with my order.
After placing my order and receiving emails with shipping and tracking information to only find out my order was never shipped nor sent and cancel, but never got any information from anyone

I purchased a set of hub rings not knowing the rims came with a set... other than that the order was fairly simple. A few adjustments and conversations with staff and they look fabulous. I just put them on and will update with photos.

The quality of their products is good I have no issues with quality or fitment on their products the issue is their warranties which is a third party is a bunch of crap I had two warranties on my rims the road hazard and the extends and neither one of them would cover the rims because they was damaged in a crash they said they would cover them if I had run up on a curb but yet wouldn't cover them because my vehicle was totaled along with the rims they're both accidents so I don't see where the logic in is covering them if they run up on the curb and not covering them if there's an accident neither one of them has road hazards or the extenze policy would cover my rims so now I'm stuck paying for a set of rims that I no longer can use and that's what I got the road hazard for and the extends policy for was in case something happened and like I said neither one of them is no good if I was them I would change my third party warranty people
