Tonneaucovered.com is a class company. A mistake was made on my tonneau cover but they stepped up and worked with the manufacturer, truck covers USA to get it corrected. Truck cover USA is also a great company. They took the wrongly ordered tonneau cover back and replaced it with the correct one. I’m very pleased with how both companies stepped up.

Repeat customer here, and purchased a BAK MX4 for my new 2024 Chevy Truck. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Went to install it, and it doesn't fit. The latches don't engage to the rails and only bounces off the rails. Had to send multiple pictures of the install. Been trying to get help for days, and was directed to call the manufacturer direct. For the price, recommend buying local, so they can handle issues in a timely manner. Meantime, I can't lock up tools as planned for work.

I had a great e experience with TonneauCovered.com. the whole process went very smoth. I asked for a quote and got a great price plus a $100 rebate!! I ordered and a immediately got a order confirmation, then another email a day later that it would be shipping soon, then that same next day I received a shipping notice. 4 days later from the day I ordered my cover it arrived via FedEx in mint condition straight from the factory. Perfect fit, fast delivery, easy process.

My cover came very quickly. Installation was simple and straightforward. The company called me to see how it all was going, and I told him everything was going fine and thanked him.

I ordered a product in mid Oct, they said it would ship before the end of the month. Started checking in daily after the ship date was passed, and kept on getting the run around. From it was shipping today or tomorrow, to need to call and check on it again, or the product might be back ordered. I called the mfg and they have the product in stock for same day shipment. Clearly they are taking your money, and not ordering the product. There is clearly a relationship issue they have with their vendors. Asked for my money back, and I am sure that will be delayed so I just called my credit card company to take care of it.

I called with an idea of what I was looking for but not totally sure. They gave me a price quote and then suggested the Work sport cover. Even sent me a quick video of the cover. I ordered on a Friday and even with the weekend received my cover on Wednesday. Great knowledge of their products and a seamless ordering process. I can’t recommend tonneau covered enough!

Second time I’ve ordered from these guys and both experiences have been outstanding. This time around I ordered a Lomax hard folding cover for my new 2024 GMC Canyon. Unfortunately the cover wasn’t immediately available so they had to source and ship directly from the manufacturer. I was concerned as I was leaving on a trip to Florida and it didn’t appear that I’d receive it in time for the trip. Next thing you know I get an email from Tonneaucovered.com saying it was delivering via FedEx the day before I’m leaving on my trip! So it delivered on time, I installed it with no issues AND saved a significant amount of money versus other retailer’s pricing.

We were staying at our remote lake house in western Maine when we ordered a tonneau from this company. I explained we needed it quickly as we were to be leaving within two weeks to head back to Florida. The shipping was great and we received it quickly, however, when we opened the large box and pulled out all the pieces we found that a piece had broken off right where the locking mechanism is. I called immediately to let them know and wanted a refund because I didn’t think we would get it in time. They refused and said they would send out a new one to a different address of my choice. But we had to pack it all back up and drive 60 miles to the nearest Fed Ex office to drop it off because we not close to anything where we live. In the meantime we continued to pack up to get ready to leave our seasonal home. On the day we left and as we were driving I got the notification that the tonneau was being delivered to the house we just left. Numerous phone calls were placed to TonneauCovered (because no one answers the phone) to let them know that no one was going to be there until next spring! Finally someone calls back to say that I needed to call Fed Ex to change the address! Well I did what I was told and was told by Fed Ex that the only person who could change the address was the company from which it was bought! What a freaking run around! Again I had to call TonneauCovered.com only to have them say they will refund my money but only after they received the one that was sent to the wrong address! Well I kept checking the tracking number and they received the package on a Thursday. I called and left messages and emailed but got no response. I went to my bank and started a dispute and finally got my money back almost a week later. Went to a store, bought the same tonneau and had it installed AND it is warranted for ten years. NEVER AGAIN!
