. We had an excellent buying experience from Tonneaucovered.com. The cover arrived in excellent "New" condition. All packaging was intact and in excellent condition when it arrived. My wife and I installed it on our 2016 Silverado truck. Installation was easy and took half hour to 45 minutes to complete. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

I purchased a Retrax Pro from TonneauCovered and I received it with slight damage. Katleen in Customer Service determined that it needed to be replaced and they sent me a new one a week later. The sales staff was great to deal with, and the roll top far exceeds my expectations. I installed it myself (2023 Chevy Silverado with electric tailgate) without any problems and it works perfectly. I go through automated car washes and very little water comes in. Overall, I am extremely pleased.

They had the best price on a BAK Rollover Tonneau for my F450. But the cover came missing washers and a thumbscrew. I contacted Tonneau Covered by phone, email and chat. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. It’s been excruciating experience to make this right, and they keep delaying getting me to get the right pieces. Hope all your parts show up the first time!!

The sale and shipping were fast and the JC was courteous. Now the down side, They use FEDEX. Please have them ship another method or you may not receive your cover. Mine went into a delivery exception and there is no telling when it might arrive. Buyer beware!!!

Customer Service was great but mostly the price was unbeatable. The item arrived via Fedex with zero damage and within 4 days of ordering. I ordered 2 covers from both of my trucks.

TonneauCovered.com has best prices on bed covers and bed rugs. I bought the MX4 and I'm very happy with it. The customer service is great. I love my lid and bed rug I would buy from them again. JC was great help with my order. You can't find a better deal on bed rugs & lids
They carry all the bands of covers you may want but I think you can't go wrong with the MX4 if you want to use your full bed under the cover.

First of all their customer service people are fantastic they helped me with all my concerns in a timely manner and so i purchased one of their tonneau covers and best part of that is they are made in the USA 🇺🇸 but this totally was amazing and I'm not making this up the day I made the purchase I had the tonneau cover the very next day I've never had such fast shipping in my life and the package came in good condition not all tore up and no parts missing they have a great core of people im proud to have purchased from them keep up the great work 👍

TonneauCovered had the best price on the BAK Revolver for my Jeep Gladiator. The shipping was fast too. I did notice there were two small plastic pieces (rail caps) were broken during shipping. I contacted customer service and they responded very promptly and are sending me new ones. Overall great experience.

Horrible Company
This company will send you a tonneau cover that doesn’t fit your truck, and good luck getting your money back! Or locating there business! After much investigation I found out they run it out of there house!
There prices are cheap, get there cheap quote and take it to BakFlip.com and they will match and you will get the correct cover in 3 days! I after 2.5 months of calling and emailing sending pictures that clearly show the cover did not fit! Lots of excuses from them, finally I got the BBB involved and I finally got my money back!

I purchased a Bakflip Tonneau cover from TonneauCovered.com last week. When I opened the box that it was shipped in I found that the passenger side rail seal had been ripped and end cap had been crushed . When I called TonneauCovered.com to remedy the problem I was told that it was not there issue and to call the manufacturer. They do not stand by what they sell. I would avoid using there service at all cost.

Order my item 3 months ago supposedly was delivered a few days ago. It wasn’t delivered to my house because somebody was home all day. Emailed them. I will get back to you. I’ve heard nothing back is an expensive item so wherever they left it, no one sign for it poor customer service.

Was a little apprehensive because of the "call is for a price" way of doing business. But I texted them, they sent me a price for the tonneau cover I wanted and it was $300 cheaper than I had been quoted or found on other sites. It also had free shipping and no sales tax outside Arizona. So, long story short, I bought a Retrax bed cover from them. It arrived within a week bia FedEx and I installed it in about 35 minutes. Everything was great from the price, to the customer service, to the constant order updates and the cover arrived in perfect condition. Super happy.

I purchased Amp Research Extreme power steps and a Retrax Pro MX tonneau cover for my 2022 Chevy 2500 HD pickup from TonneauCovered.com. Except for the common inventory delay of a few weeks and a following shipping issue that was no fault of TonneauCovered, everything went smoothly. Shaun does a great job personally answering any questions and Katleen follows through keeping you abreast of any other concerns you may have. Good service is hard to find and they do a great job of it. In addition, I saved about $300 and the products are top notch. I am a very satisfied customer and would do business with them again.

The service and the price was excellent. I saved approximately $190. Delivery took a little longer due to supply chain issues. The right tonneau cover is an investment. The (3) week delay, I can live with that.

I have bought a cover and power sidesteps from them over the past year and the prices were the best I could find! I had a warranty claim on my steps after a year but could not find my receipt. I email customer service asking if they had a copy and within 10 minutes I had a copy! They are the best! I highly recommend and always check with them for the best prices on the internet!!
