I had to battle with your customer service department to get the right tonneau cover which took for ever, then I had to battle to get a refund too....

Very Happy with my purchase of a backflip mx4. The process was very easy, the cover shipped on time and was received in perfect condition. Pricing was the best I was able to find. I installed my cover and have been happy since.

From the initial phone call to the available options to the product, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase for a metal 8 ft tonneau cover, shipped with no damage and installed with just one person to help was needed for the heavy lifting. Once we figured out the measurements left to right it worked like a charm.

This company is a joke. The send you a constant barrage of emails to buy a tonneau, but then when you buy one there is no customer service. I got a Baklfip MX4 that had dents in it. sent pics to customer service who replied immediately that they would reach out to the manufacturer. that was the last correspondence. the have no replied to multiple emails since then. pay the extra hundred bucks and buy from Realtruck who makes the covers anyways. Supposed to be a tailgate seal included, still have yet to receive that.

The Quote came quick and beat competitors pricing by a mile! I was even told by many that the BAK Revolver X4s was back ordered with no expectation on future stock. NOT HERE! Got my order in ASAP and it was delivered inside 3 days. Perfect Father's Day gift! Thanks Shaun for all your assistance, I'll be sure to send anyone I know looking for covers to you!

The product was exactly as described. It shipped and was delivered relatively quickly. Easy for this 64 year old to install with my 19 year old grandson. Very satisfied customer!

This company is drop shipping company. The Unit was only partially delivered. What was delivered came in a previously opened box - the unit was damaged-scratched and dented. The cover could not unroll. I have gone around and around with this company over getting the damaged equipment returned for 10 days not with no resolution. They keep blaming the manufacturer. Sorry but the poor customer service is this not the manufacturer's problem. It has been 10 days now and the company still has not resolved the return problem. The poor service is well documented in email. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Hey guys. I got my tonneau cover from Cwlimited about a year ago and it still looks brand new even through the winter. Happy with this purchase I will be buying there fold back 2.0 for all my next trucks and recommend them to everyone.

I got part #448339, a BAKFlip MX4 for my 2025 Ford F-150.
The price was really good and shipping was quick.
It took a little more than an hour to install, and it fits and looks great.
Glad I worked with TonneauCovered.com for the tonneau cover for my new truck.

Purchased Retrax PRO RX and it leaks and they will not return it. Will be filing a lawsuit
