Placed a click and collect order for a specific date (today), got an email this morning saying it would be available after 4pm. Drove into the town centre through all of the Christmas/rush hour traffic, paid for parking, went into the store to be told that my parcel hasn't come in yet, and that it won't be arriving today because it would have come in this morning if it was going to arrive today. Was told it should be in by Sunday, or Tuesday at the latest. 4 days after the date I selected, and actually now after the birthday that it's for, so absolutely useless. Also means I'm going to have to fight my way back into the town centre again and pay for parking again too. What the hell is the point in allowing you to select a date for collection, emailing to say it will be available, and then telling you in the store that it won't be in for another 4 days.

To top it all off, I've just arrived home, and I've just had a text message saying that it's now available?!

Popped into your Cheltenham Store looking for a particular Item which I could not see anywhere. I was approached by a Male staff member called Nathan who was very polite and helpful. We found that this Store does not stock the item I was after but Nathan was able to find online and Order for me. Great service in a lovely little store Thank you Fatface Cheltenham will definitely shop here more often 😀

Such a helpful company and the range of dresses now available is impressive. Received an online order in the shop and they were happy to let me try it on before taking home. Some great bargains in the sale!

I visited the Cheltenham store to see what was in the sales. I was met by Vijaya who had a welcoming smile. She was confident in communication and had a good eye for fashion. There was a good plenty to choose from in-store.

i visited fatface at Cheltenham, i was a nice layout, quite a lot of stock, so plenty to choose from, i bought a Airlie Sweat Top which was on sale, i looks brilliant and really well made.
i was served by lovely lady called Vijaya and all he staff greeted me with a smile, i would recommend 21everybody to shop here

Bought the green broderie anglaise blouse in a size 10. Fits well and enough coverage of the bottom over jeans 😀. A generous fit, which I prefer. The colour and puffed sleeves don’t always work for me, but really love it. Can wear with a tank top or as is. Looking forward to the warmer weather to wear it.
