I had a very positive shopping experience with Fatface. Quick online communication and preparation of item, a pair of slippers, to be collected. The slippers were a good fit and corresponded to the product description.

Customer Service
The staff in the store are always friendly, pleasant and polite. If for any reason you have to ring Customer Service the phones are answered quickly and again always friendly and politely.

I bought an embroidery top online. There was no first notification but I received a reminder which was marked as the second notification via email to collect the parcel.
When I arrived to fat face in cribbs cause Bristol for collecting, I was told that the parcel was not there.
So I came down to NEXT at cribs, where the parcel was found.
Awful service of notification. There was no option to collect the parcel from NEXT in Yate which could have been more convenient for me.
