Got what I wanted in a short time. Good price

Love fat face, and these jeans are perfect. Don’t know why I bother looking elsewhere! Shopped in store, trust pilot seemed to think it was an online purchase! Grr!

Bought a lovely top in the sale in Edinburgh. Lovely , great fit , pretty pattern, good quality material and lovely staff member who served me.

I received the parcel when they said it would helpful staff also liked the article I purchased.would recommend.

My parcel turned up at the shop I had chosen on time. The right articles were in the parcel. Even though the systems were down, the assistant let me have the parcel. As usual, they were friendly and understood what they had to do. Overall a good experience

Great service and quality.

I visited this store recently and asked a member of staff about the material a piece of jewellery was made from, as it wasn’t indicated on the label. The staff member didn’t know and checked the website. After a few minutes she shouted the answer to me from the till area, which I thanked her for.

However, shortly after that I overheard her and colleagues laughing about my question and making comments like “did she really ask that?” One of them even looked over at me while laughing. This happened in front of other customers and made me feel quite embarrassed.

Asking what material jewellery is made from is a perfectly normal question, especially for quality or allergy reasons. I found the behaviour unprofessional and disrespectful, which unfortunately left me with a very negative impression of the store. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Bought online - 2 sizes of this top which was quite roomy so kept the smaller of the two. Returned the larger one to the George Street branch who are all very helpful.

I tried on this cardigan in the Edinburgh store but they didn’t have my size in stock. The helpful assistant checked and it was in stock online, also offering to order one for me. I declined as I don’t live in Edinburgh . I did buy a very soft cotton shirt though and ordered the cardigan when I got home.

The cardigan was due to be delivered on Wednesday 22 but was actually delivered on Thursday late afternoon. The cardigan looks great with the soft white shirt under it, very pleased with product and service,

GOOD EXPERIENCE
I am very pleased with the quality of the items ordered and received. The order was in store ready for collection on the due date. Customer service was also good.

Did not receive an email to say my order was ready to collect.
When I asked the sales assistant in the shop why this might be , she replied abruptly ' I don't know"
