Very good customer service (online and in store) and very good quality clothes.
Although I’ve bought Fatface clothes for myself and as gifts, I hadn’t bought anything for my husband and wasn’t sure what size to order. I ordered two sizes, one was perfect and the other item I returned to store. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the amount refunded was in my account two days later. Every item I’ve bought from FatFace has been good quality and washes very well.
If I had one request it would be that ‘tall’ options are available on women’s tops, as well as on a wider selection of men’s. The sleeves are quite often about two to three inches too short for me (I’m 5ft 8”). Even the tall option of the fleece I bought for my husband could do with an extra couple of inches on the body and sleeve length (he is 6ft 1”).

a pyjama top and pyjama bottoms
I ordered a pyjama top and pyjama bottoms as a Christmas gift on line as they were not available in store at the Farnham branch. I arranged for the items to be delivered to the store for me to pick up.
I was told they would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas but in event one item didn’t arrive. Luckily my good friend was not upset to receive the gift after Christmas so all was well.
She was very pleased with the items I’m pleased to say.

Excellent speed of service and happy staff.
Jumper warm and good quality although not quite as good since the big guys took over.

Great jeans. Helpful staff.
They didn't have my size in the Farnham shop. They ordered two pairs of the jeans I wanted. They arrived at my house the next day and fitted perfectly.
The staff are always helpful.

I went to collect
I went to collect, an online order as I wanted to try the garments on, the assistant was very welcoming and engaging.
I was unsure of the leg length and was able to try a different length to compare while I was in store.
Great experience.

Just love FatFace, such good service and quality.
Just love FatFace for both ladies and mens clothing, great quality. Click and collect service in store is so convenient too. Also, should you need to, returns are very easy and refunds come through quickly.

Excellent return experience
Ordered two items online. One was lovely and I kept, the other didn’t suit me at all but it was so simple and easy to return that item to my local store - no tedious paperwork, they did it all and I had a refund within a few days . Great service
