I bought an off white denim trouser and a chambray cropped wide leg trousers. I was so pleased they fitted pretty well my pear shaped body. ‘Pear’ need tailored waste bands and wider leg trousers especially if the fabric is thin/light. . Or thicker fabric if they are more fitted. Very pleased! The sales assistant was helpful also.

Click & collect worked well - the young girl working w/c 23.4. in your Leamington shop was very helpful & efficient
Two attempts to get the right fit but often happens with jeans and got there in the end

There was a few weeks delay with my order but all got sorted successfully and staff at customer services & in store were really helpful.

Really nice warm winter jumper. True to size. Ordered online in the sale. Arrived quickly. Staff in the shop were very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend jumper. 😀

Lovely products arrived promptly

Ordered payed for but not delivered. Went to shop to collect but not there. Email said it was delayed would receive it in few days would get an email. Then get an email saying I was getting a refund. No explanation as to were my jumper was. Communication was good but everything else was poor. Will not be buying from them again. I waited for the item to be on sale it had a £30 reduction but sadly never got to wear it.

A nice store with friendly and helpful staff. My local store is relatively small compared to some others. A good range of clothing though which is well made and varied. Click and collect orders works well. Could do with more stock of size 12 which seems to sell out quickly.

I went to your store and found a product I loved but it was out of stock in my size in store at leamington. I then looked online and found the product in my size. I called your support line to see if I could get it to the store and the time frame for that. I was assured by your staff i would receive the item the next day to the store if I ordered online. I made sure I would get it the next as I would be leaving the UK after that and your staff said definitely but it never came. Your in-store staff were extremely unhelpful and basically said to bad they didnt receive it. Your on call support were lovely but were giving me different information to the store saying I might still receive it today If i go back later while store staff said they got their orders for the day and would not be getting more later. I ended up spending my last day in the UK going back and forth to the store and on call with your staff which was unpleasant. What a shame as I was really looking forward to your product!

Excellent customer service received! Friendly staff who took the time to fold the clothes nicely while serving me. It is a little thing but it means a lot. Most shops tend to screw the clothes up into a bag. I think this is a nice touch and was most appreciated. The shop is nicely laid out and very tidy.
