I went to your store and found a product I loved but it was out of stock in my size in store at leamington. I then looked online and found the product in my size. I called your support line to see if I could get it to the store and the time frame for that. I was assured by your staff i would receive the item the next day to the store if I ordered online. I made sure I would get it the next as I would be leaving the UK after that and your staff said definitely but it never came. Your in-store staff were extremely unhelpful and basically said to bad they didnt receive it. Your on call support were lovely but were giving me different information to the store saying I might still receive it today If i go back later while store staff said they got their orders for the day and would not be getting more later. I ended up spending my last day in the UK going back and forth to the store and on call with your staff which was unpleasant. What a shame as I was really looking forward to your product!

The item I purchased online for click and collect was delivered to the store quicker than expected. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service received! Friendly staff who took the time to fold the clothes nicely while serving me. It is a little thing but it means a lot. Most shops tend to screw the clothes up into a bag. I think this is a nice touch and was most appreciated. The shop is nicely laid out and very tidy.

Great communications, even when my order was delayed I was kept up to date with delivery. Whenever I visit Fatface in Leamington Spa, the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly.

Really easy to order and return I had two pairs of shorts the same but one with a longer leg which is brilliant if you’re tall like me. Kept one returned the other no fuss.

I wasn't sure if the trousers fitted me correctly and the staff were so friendly and helpful, letting me know about how I can return them if I change my mind! They gave me the time to think and I ended up keeping the trousers as I felt no pressure and they look great!

Placed order to collect on Monday 2nd now Saturday 7th and still not arrived

FatFace clothing is unique and stylish. The quality just like in M&S clothing, also guarantees a good investment in my wardrobe, one that will last for many years to come. Having money is all about investing wisely, which includes clothing, especially when it is this stylish. As for the staff, why shop on line, and miss out on a great day out, meeting such amazing people in the store.
