My ballet trainers are the best
My ballet trainers ordered were delivered on time.
These are the third pair I have purchased and love them. They are slip ons and very comfortable. Each pair has a colour trim, one red one yellow and the latest blue, would definitely recommend.
One pair were collected in the Springs store, very friendly and helpful staff.

For any purchases made online, if we reduce your items within 24 hours of ordering, please contact our customer experience team on 0333 777 8053 when you receive your delivery and we'll refund the difference back to you, no problem at all.
If you've purchased in-store, please pop in and speak to our crew in store who can help you to return the goods and re-purchase a new item at sale price. Please ensure the tags are still attached if you'd like to do this!

Online ordering and delivery service is very good. Returns to store have been easy. Staff, in my experience, have been very pleasant.
I like the layout of their store and find many of their items attractive.
Their prices, though, are, for me, too expensive and I have only ever bought from online sales.

I am very lucky to have a FatFace shop but I still do some orders online
I am very lucky to have a FatFace shop near to where I live but as they can't stock everything I often order on-line and collect from the shop. This works really well as I am able to try the items on in the shop and return those that aren't quite right straight away. The staff in the shop are always very helpful.

Service in the shop was first class…
Service in the shop was first class however the clothing item needs quality checking on sizes, bought my usual size of 18 it wouldn’t even fit my daughter who wears 12/14 so I bought a size 22 which was like a double quilt!

I have been a FatFace customer for several years, but last week I experienced the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was helped by a lovely woman at the Leeds Thorpe Park store who was kind, patient and genuinely friendly.
I didn’t quite catch her name, but I remember her telling me she is Brazilian. I really hope the company recognises her, as her outstanding service made my visit truly special.

Breton Red Stripe T Shirt (long sleeve)
Re: Breton Red Stripe T Shirt (long sleeve despite name, as I think of t-shirts having short sleeves). My 4th of these tops (variety of colours). They are so cosy, warm and comfortable and wash well with very little shrinkage. Good price £18 in the sale.

Fatface for fashion and Fun!
The items that I bought from Fatface were of excellent quality and were very good value for money. I frequently shop at Fatface because it has such a range of original products and designs. You should definitely check it out!

Delivered to local store prior to stated time - bonus. Was able to try whilst there and ended up swapping for a smaller size. Staff were great.

Springs Leeds shop
Good service from your friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately l had to return the jumper that l had ordered but l will keep looking for new stock.
I have bought a lot of jumpers and cardigans from Fatface over the past 10 years and they are such good value for money.
