I ordered online, collection from in store was quick and easy.
Unfortunately the item didn’t fit so I returned it to store, the return was also quick and easy. The staff member helpfully looked online to see if a smaller size was available which it wasn’t. She then checked stock at other nearby stores and had the last one in my size reserved for me. Really good service, thankyou.

I went in Fatface shop today in the…hope of buying sandels
I went in Fatface shop today in the Mall in Plymouth City Centre Devon and bought a pair of black leather sandels . I have such awkward feet and always have difficulty buying shoes . I must say i was very impressed by the assistant helping me she was very patient and even more helpful . I cannot thank her enough she was very polite and well mannered nothing was too much trouble . I was over the moon walking out of Fatface with a pair of these lovely sandels . The name of the assistant was Mel . Thank you Mel you made my day .

Plymouth store at Drake circus is Excellent. Staff are more then helpful at the store , Claire one of the assistants is very obligingly at the store with advice on clothing to suit you .
