I love FatFace and have used it for years. Staff are always cheerful and so helpful. Prices are good and the quality of the garments excellent along with choice of clothing and accessories. They are happy to check for stock in other shops and their shop floor is always clean and tidy.

Ordered very easily online. Next day collection from local shop. Great customer service.

Both items too big so returned them and local shop reordered in correct size. Again very friendly service and easy process.

Simple pick up and one item returned very simple process

I ordered my new chinos on Saturday asked for them to be delivered to Next store on Tuesday. So I saved 4.95 on delivery. I received a message to say that they were in store on Monday. I collected them on Tuesday entered my order id . My order was found within 5 minutes. I tried them on when I got home. They fit perfect and the quality is excellent. Very pleased 😁

I have ordered online and bought in store at Fat Face and apart from finding amazing clothes and accessories for my husband and myself, we have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The store is always very well laid out and welcoming. One of my favourite places for quality clothing.

I am an avid fan of Fat Face and have quite a collection. The choice and styles are fantastic often makes it difficult to choose. The staff and I at the Rushden Lakes outlet are on first name terms ....im in there so often...Just love it.

Visited Fatface in rushden lakes, saw a beautiful dress,but needed a different size,asked at the desk if it was possible to check if they could find the size needed,the lady who's name was Emily,was extremely helpful nothing was any trouble, really impressed, definitely visit this shop again,she is a credit to the store.

Although the overall shopping experience was really good I was disappointed with the style and quality of two of the items I ordered.
One dress was far too full in the skirt, made me look huge ( size 14 ) not that large!
The other was a top and dress, for a summer outfit the top was much too thick and didn’t sit very well on me so, not particularly nice to wear.
Having said all that the ladies serving on the day I returned them to the store were really, really nice and very helpful.

Ordered for a next day store delivery. Told at 3pm + that order had not arrived and it would be the next day and they would let me know, next came and went. Day after came and at 6pm i called the store to check, they had not received it. So next i rang customer service. Very nice and helpful. They checked and confirmed it had been collected but appeared to be lost in transit. Offered a credit or refund. Checked if you had any replacements, but none so took a refund. So not a good experience but staff were helpful.

I love shopping at FatFace. It is always a pleasure to visit their stores as the clothes are lovely and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I was at their Rushden Lakes store a couple of days ago and Rachel was so helpful in finding alternatives for me to try on, also for saying we could use my husband's blue light discount. Great Service.
