Comfortable and flattering
I had never considered Fat Face before. Bought a dress in the shop as I needed something 'floaty' after an operation and now I am hooked. The fit is lovely and the material is so comfortable. The staff in store are also really nice and helpful. This might be my new favourite clothe shop!

Lovely shop, you get a lovely warm welcome, and Imogen and Amelie were just so helpful and happy to help.

I visited the Rushden Lakes store today and was very impressed with the all the staff in store. A lady called Christine helped as I was looking for an item I had seen recently. It makes such a difference to your shopping experience when the staff engage and are genuine in their wish to help and serve customers.

Positive experience from Ashleighy
Ashleigh was really helpful from the changing room experience to the actual transaction. She was truthful with the sizing of the garment I'd chosen, she made suggestions on how I could accessorise the outfit I purchased giving me encouragement to wear what I felt comfortable in. Thank you Ashleigh😊

Staff resolved issues for me

I visited the store at Rushden Lakes looking for a dress for an occasion. Rachel, the assistant, could not have been more helpful. She suggested different styles and helped me to find the right sizes. I tried styles on that I would not have considered and she offered helpful suggestions about styling. What a great shopping experience!

Above and beyond
I recently visited Fatface in Rushden Lakes to return a jacket I ordered on line that didn't fit. I was met by a very helpful staff member called Christina who offered to order me the correct size which arrived the following day. Overall, a terrific service that went above and beyond.
