I had a fabulous experience shopping in store. Since having my baby my body has changed and I couldn't find anything that fitted/looked right in any other shop. The ladies in Fatface were incredible at finding clothes that flattered my body and helped me find a new style. They had so much patience and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Ive come away with loads of new outfits! Ive had clothes from here before so I know its incredible quality 😍 I can't wait to come back and find more items to fill my wardrobe 💓

Staff are great, helpful & try their best to help with any enquirers, i ordered some jeans & they let me know they were on the big size, so got a size down, fitted perfect but still let me no i could return if unhappy

Ordered on line, click and collect from Fat Face, local branch in Shrewsbury. Staff are lovely and always helpful.
Loved the scarf, bought as a present, colours were gorgeous, beautiful fabric and could be worn in the summer with t-shirts and in the winter with jumpers. I'm sure my friend will love it!.

Everything about FatFace is excellent from the customer service in shops to on line delivery. Especially the efforts made in the Shrewsbury shop to make you feel welcome as soon as you enter by just greeting you with a smile. Again great product with a great service to back it up.

Got a lovely coat - the store assistant in Shrewsbury store helped me try it on it was the last one in my size but I wanted to go away and think about it. The next day mum said she would like to get me the coat as a gift - wondering if it would still be there I realised I was able to call the Shrewsbury store directly the next day and speak to a store assistant who helped to get it put aside for me to collect the following day. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful and I came away with the lovely coat and a fabulous customer experience- thank you all.

All good, quick delivery, all together no having to wait for the odd thing.pleased with everything.

Ordering on line is very easy. Delivery was prompt. Staff in shop where we collected the order were very friendly and efficient.

Called in to buy a couple of warm shirts for winter at the Shrewsbury branch, we are regular customers and our dog drags us in there as she loves a cuddle and treats from the staff. Today however as we entered the branch our dog Tilly fussed a member of staff but I was told not to go near the till area as the member of staff there didn't like dogs. We walked out and bought the shirts elsewhere. Maybe if you're advertising a dog friendly company you should recruit dog freindly staff.
