Visited the little Fatface store in the square Shrewsbury, Shropshire to return a package for my daughter and to collect a top that she had ordered. I knew it would be a little awkward to sort out, but the lady who served me was brilliant. She sorted everything out and helped me to exchange the top which was not suitable by arranging a gift card. She then advised me that they had new stock waiting to be put out. Checked the stock and found me the perfect product. To replace the one that was not suitable.The lady who may have been a manager or a supervisor was lovely and extremely helpful. If you are ever in Shrewsbury and like fatface visit this store. It may be a small store but the staff here have big hearts and make sure that you have a delightful experience shopping in the store.

What a wonderful shopping experience at the wonderful and perfectly formed Fat Face in Shrewsbury. Was made to feel welcome, but not pushed upon, the moment I walked into store with a lovely greeting from Glenda. She proceeded to help me pick out some lovely items, some of which I would not have normally chosen. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and all round wonderful customer service. Will continue to go back and hope that Glenda is again on shift. Thank you! What an asset to your team!

I did click and collect this time. I was able to try the clothes on in the shop and return two items immediately. The staff in the Shrewsbury shop were extremely helpful and curtious. My refund was in my bank a couple of days after. Excellent service!

Ordered on line , sent to my nearest store and collected with no issues.

Fat face store in Shrewsbury has a great sale on so I got a great pair of jeans . Staff was very helpful and polite (cute to) and as itz known fat face is good quality.

I bought jeans in sale, click and collect, two different sizes - 6 & 8, tried on in shop, kept one pair returned the other. Really pleased with purchase. Whole transaction very quick and straightforward, staff in Fat Face very pleasant and helpful.

I bought some lovely clothes in the sale. Then when I went back in a fluster having lost my phone the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful! I am very grateful to them.

I ordered an item on line as it wasn't available in store. It came promptly to the nearest store for collection. Although the item was too big, the refund and return through store was easy and the staff very helpful and courteous.

I have been a customer for many years, and the product quality and customer service have been pretty consistently good. From the wide range of styles to still offering a proper long length in women's trousers, and efficient processing of orders and returns, they've been worth coming back to. The local branch is a small one but they are usually helpful and friendly
