Had to return the jeans as too short style was regular. Took them in the packet to shop where I was on holiday and had my emails etc with me. But they wouldn’t take them as I didn’t have the delivery note with me. That was disappointing.

I absolutely love the St Andrews Fat Face shop. I have been a customer since it opened, back in the day!
It recently had a makeover which has made it lighter and brighter.
I am a regular customer as I love the quality and style of the clothes.
The staff are so helpful and cheery and nothing is too much of an effort for them. Love June, as she is just a breath of fresh air. The rest of the crew are special too.

The return of the Click and Collect facility is brilliant. It enabled me to try on the garments at the store and make an instant decision about whether to keep them. Had they not been suitable, I could have handed them back without any inconvenience. However, I was delighted with both items: the T-shirt was stylish, & excellent value for £10; the style and pattern of the wrap-over top were stunning and unusual. Overall positive experience. Friendly staff, and pleasant ambience in newly revamped store at St Andrews

Discovered the children's clothes last year and have loved. Many tears shed when the denim jacket with flowers was too wee this year so invested in this year's with butterflies. Could you do in adult sizes pls!

I popped into St Andrews to do some early Christmas shopping, your shop looked amazing, the windows were a delight and definitely put me in the mood for Christmas.
On entering I was greeted with a by 2 ladies who were extremely friendly, helped me choose some lovely gifts. I will be back very soon( pay day) to buy some more. Thank you Natasha and June for helping me, a credit to your company.

I popped in yesterday for a browse, the shop felt welcoming and cosy. Loved the orange spice diffuser. Always go to FF for fabulous socks and pants. On my visit yesterday June and Emily were super helpful - friendly without being pushy. They clearly knew their stock. I shall definitely be back for some Xmas pyjama shopping.

I recently visited your St. Andrews store to look for something for my daughter. Although the range of children's clothes available in store is not as good as before I was able to get some lovely giraffe pyjamas and matching socks. June could not have been more helpful with sizes and letting me know what was available. I will definitely be back soon.

It is always lovely to shop at Fatface and this branch surpasses many with its young enthusiastic staff and fabulous location ( straight for an after shopping coffee). Fitting rooms are roomy and well lit. I just wish the store were a little bigger

I felt at liberty to browse as I liked and found a lovely organic cotton t-shirt in the sale, the staff were all very chatty and helpful. Glad to see that Fatface continues to lead the way in offering more environmentally friendly products, this does keep me coming back.

Great shop. Excellent website. Clothes are always good quality and wash well.
I bought two linen shirts in different colours but wish they did more than only 4 colours. I hope they bring out the same design in Wi ter colours.

Not only this shop in St. Andrews has the best selection of clothings, the staff members are always so lovely and helpful. June, in particular was more than friendly and helpful with my hubby and me for many requests we made! Especially on her own in a busy shop on Saturday! Always a pleasure shopping experience. My favourite shop x

I visited both the Stirling and St Andrews store today and staff in both stores were delightful. They couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful.

I ordered a top from Fatface which arrived very quickly , but unfortunately was not a good fit on me. I returned the top in the free returns bag and was emailed when they received the return. My money was returned within a few days.
Excellent customer service, I have purchased from fat face in the past and will continue to do so in the future 😀
