Scam, scam, scam.

Open an account and few days later the account had $1549. Tried to withdraw some of the money to test the system and was instructed to deposit $387 (which I did) to upgrade account to be free to carry out transactions on my account of $1,500 - 4000 at any time of my choice.

Few days later the account had $3934 and was told the first withdrawal is canceled.

Tried to do a second withdrawal again to test the system and was instructed to first deposit $775 total amount charges for a $1,500. The message read: Once we confirmed your deposit of $775 as charged "we will release your payment to the valid account details provided below immediately.

I contacted Kgopotso, apparently one of the CEO's of the company several times on whatapp regarding the withdrawal but the message was clear that unless I deposit a further $775 (about R14,000) at the exchange rate then, I will not see this money I see on my account.

Decided to cut my loses then and still waiting for the money to clear in my bank account, which I'm convinced will never happen.

Eventually after 1 month of waiting i got my withdrawals, they where so delayed but atleast i got them.
the broker is good in most terms , the only laking problem is speed on withdrawals

FBK MARKETS is a scam guys💔100%.I will sue them, i swear on God

Fake ,scam and ponzi . I was locked of my account for weeks .I had to find an alternative by reporting to the team/website written on my profile name and later got my refund of $2K

I had an issue I had been struggling with but Mpho Deembule came to my aid. Mpho first welcomed me when I joined FBK early this year and it was a great feeling to know that I could count on Mpho to assist diligently. The response time was almost instant! So much of an amazing website and I cherish it for all , also liking the fact that they offer clients time and it doesn't genuinely feel like we bothering them whenever we seek for a help . Thank you for the good service FBK !

Fbk it's a real scam ever, they keep on declining my withdrawal and it's been 2 weeks now waiting for my withdrawal but there I no satisfying answers, firstly I made withdrawal of R400 just to test their platform as the owner DJ coach recommend it very high on social media, but what you get once you join the Thier platform it's disappointing and disgrace, I just imagine what's gonna happen if its was huge funds to withdraw

Public should be very careful with this broker, it's misleading people with wrong information

Number 1, any business that does not have a landline is a scam when you call their cell number they dont pick up but they respond to whatsapp messages and give you lousy excuses why your withdrawal was declined
they cant pay R200 what will happen if you want to withdraw 100K THIS IS A SOPHISTICATED SCAM
and by the way when you deposit funds reference is paystack RCG markets when you call RCG markets they say they have no relationship with FBK

Fbk markets is a pure scam, place a buy stop you will be triggered before even the price of whatever your trading reach you, I don't even recommend anyone to open an account with this broker.

I have been struggling with withdrawal, and Dimpho from support was very helpful ,she explained everything and I was able to withdraw successfully after several declines

FBK MARKETS is a scam. They tell everyone that their minimum deposit is R20, yet you won't even be able to trade. I tested their platform by registering and deposited R50 to test the waters. To my surprise I can't trade with my deposit, everytime I try to execute a trade it says that I've got insufficient fund but my funds appear in my account. Tried contacting them numerous times but all they do is give scripted answers telling me about bulls*** margins. They won't even help with anything, all you get is scripted responses and that they can't help you. FBK MARKETS has to be shut down 😡. Coach you seem to have forgotten where you come from.

They Terminate your account if you are a profitable account. I used to trust them

I deposited money into my trading account it took 2-5 minutes for the amount to be taken from my bank account traded made a profit now its time when I withdrew money all the withdrawals aren't going through they are failing they keep telling me on live chat they I must try again after 2 hours....

After I have traded nfp on 4 august 2023 i been waiting for my withdrawal that say status says error to be fixed by yet its hasn't be fixed by yet they said to me Quotes fbkmarkets Finance response " Kindly note it take 24 business hours for finance department to respond" by it been 2 weeks now I been wait for my withdrawal to be resolve i don't understand why those local brokers are doing this to us worse i withdrawed 1000 still nothing and they service are so slow they all I want is my money then i will terminate my trading account and trade with international broker cuz all local broker always scamming us I dont understand cuz 1000 is nothing to them why would they do this to me in fact am not the only one how is the first to complain about this while djcoach is busy give ewallet he doesn't resolve this

i have never recieved my withdrawals since January this year, they keep saying they have escalated the matter to the finance department, their support is very poor, i have never recieved my withdrwals, its a scam,, i so much regret man, its painful we work hard for this money to waste like that, mxm it painful bro even to talk about it

It took a while before I realized it. Fortunately, I received my refund.
