Stay away from FBK! Fbk has been refusing to pay me my profits they kept on saying withdrawal expired. Then I decided to withdraw the money that I deposited they are still refusing.. they say they've escalated the issue to their financial department but it's been a week now. I'm starting to believe that I've been scammed.!

Honestly this is the worst broker ever! Let's start with the support they take a while to respond you literally have to send numerous messages to get the response. Secondly they always manipulate the trades, when there are big events its always off quotes and if it's pairs the spread is insane, thirdly the withdrawal takes a while it can take up to a week. Overall I give this broker a zero, South African brokers are just the worst and always their credit don't won't, what's the point of it🤷‍♂️

Fbk market support team does not knw how to help with withdrawal queries. I've been waiting a week for a withdrawal. Same day withdrawal is a lie

I've been waiting for a withdrawal for an entire week now,they say they have same day withdrawals but look at me waiting 1 whole week and still no withdrawal I contacted support and they don't know what's happening with withdrawals they have 0 idea as to how long it will take for a withdrawal to be approved this means I could even wait months cuz there's no time frame and on their social media platforms they tend to delete any comments that are not in their favour, now I don't mean to say they are a scam but for them to be deleting comments simply cuz they don't suit them regardless of them being true is pretty scam like cuz they trying to show you an image that is simply not true.I will update my review if there are any changes but if it's not updated just stay away from FBKMARKETS try trade245 atleast they tell you when you'll receive your cash if there are any problems.I have proof of this experience I'll upload it if my issue is still not resolved.

I must say with a little bit of patience FBK is a great broker to have I had 5 same day withdrawals ...Lindokuhle is such a asset to FBK and I really hope she is recognized for professionalism and patience and prompt responses to queries...really lovely to deal with FBK
