Rented two of my properties to Foysol at First Capital Housing. So far so good! They vet the clients, deal with the whole move in. process and promise to give the apartment back as given to them. Highly recommended.

Very grateful and feeling safe.
The Housing Agent Chris was explaining about our accommodation and we got all the information needed and when asked for help he was professional and supportive and provided excellent help!

What a great company
What a great company. Moved into a new property and everything was perfect. As a tenant even with maintenance issues these can sometimes be an issue - i have had a couple of problems but First Capital got these maintenance issues resolved within 24 hours of reporting. Would definitely recommend!
