She has just performed her usual miracles and dealt with the purchase of our new home and from the offer being accepted to completion was 8 weeks . Would have been quicker had we not had to wait for our vendors solicitors. Francesca is beyond professional, responds to emails on the day of receipt, deals with enquiries efficiently, answers the phone, explains things in a clear and concise manner. Francesca has been our family conveyancer for the best part of 12 years having successfully acted for us on 15+ purchase/ sales and each time, Francesca has smoothed out any problems, dealing efficiently and effectively with vendors/ purchasers, estate agents and solicitors taking away the stress and anxiety that comes with any house move.
