My experience with FNT has been life changing for me and my kids. I first bought a fireleg tarantula for my youngest son. Sad to say it was related to houdini, it escaped. That didnt stop us from researching and picking out some more baby spiders. We bought 3 more right after the next week. Then the following week another 3. It was like Xmas getting the baby spiders home. Then came the Halloween sale and so many great species were on sale and we took advantage of the opportunity and was lucky to be able to buy 6 spiders and get a freebie as well( my favorite perk about FNT is getting freebies with orders that qualify for certain amounts, just about guaranteed a freebie with your purchase) so then that brought us to 13 spiders, then was able to get one from a friend's co worker. I have found a place to bring me peace and happiness in the hobby of arachnids. I look forward to getting off work and checking out our collection. I was diagnosed with cancer in June 2025 this year. I was lucky to be able to get the tumor removed and back to work. Having these spiders with my kids means a lot to me, I can leave my kids some spiders when its my time to go, putting in time love and tender care to my relationship with my children and spiders with them and bonding. This way its like being a part of the spiders when im gone. When I read the whole agreement on the live guarantee replacement it was even better because I knew that this place doesn't mess around when it comes to taking care of customers. I have received my packages on time and I understand my terms on my end. Like being avle to pick the pacage up if there is a delay. And i see filks getting 2 day delays and their spiders are just fine, life happenes, just be prepared to make arrangements if that happenes, part of the deal. Its simple to communicate with them with shipping. They respond super quick and I know if I had any issues with anything then they would take care of us. Im a proud customer for life and will recommend anyone looking for a spider. Best experience Ive had in a very long time and I dont write reviews. But seeing how I have had such a great experience with them, it only makes sense to let other know that if you read anyone's reviews playing victim, its simply because they couldnt understand how important it is to be responsible on their end to be able to receive their live package with precious cargo. Then the blame comes in and justify why they were wronged by a company that stands on business. All of my spiders are super healthy, thriving and eating great, I got one blocked in for a molt already, and 4 more in pre molt. They make sure that when spiders are in premolt then to not ship them so they don't risk injuries with molting in transit. I get to experience this because of the way they ship and take care of their spiders. I cant wait for future sales and more purchases with FNT. Best spiders on earth!

I've kept tarantulas for nearly 10 years, and the majority of my collection has come from Fear Not Tarantulas. I've had some tarantulas shipped, and others were picked up in person. All arrived safely - regardless of carrier delays. The Fear Not team walks you through the shipping process - even confirming that the destination address can accept live invertebrates (or offering alternatives if not).

Tanya and her staff were always available to answer any questions, and they helped troubleshoot my husbandry with the "dreaded" C. versicolor when I (like many others) had problems keeping the tiny slings alive.

I've purchased two tarantulas from FNT, and I have never had an experience like them. They send you tons of information to make sure you 100% understand what to expect during shipping, and they package their animals extremely well to make sure they arrive safely. Their customer service is top tier and i will be returning every chance I get.

I have ordered 18 tarantulas as well as other arthropods from FearNot over the last 5 years. They are ALWAYS healthy and exactly as the site describes them to be. They arrive lovingly packaged and secure. I find this company to be responsive, helpful, and very clear in their policies. Working with them is always a good experience. I highly recommend! The prices were more than fair. I was confused about shipping but they were there the while way helping me understand. Packaging was very well packed. I got 1 flame knee back in September and we just ordered 2 more. So exciting 😍

I have bought 7 spiders from them all have came happy and healthy . They offer options that other sellers don't. They make it clear what's expected of me when buying and what to expect from them when it comes to buying their spiders. They come neatly labeled and packaged. Depending on availability they offer a little kit with food,bedding and housing and a longer live guarantee for a few extra dollars.

I’ve been a customer for years. I’ve only ever experienced the best customer service and can tell they really care about the animals. They’re passionate and it’s not just a business to them. They’ve helped me every time I’ve had a question, they’ve always went above and beyond helping with adding last minute changes when it’s been absolutely necessary, and they pack their spiders really well and with love. If they make a mistake or something happens they always take responsibility and go out of their way to fix it. They also have a wonderful selection of spiderlings and great sales, along with great deals throughout the year. I love their package deals. If you’re looking to add to your spider or other invert family, or even if it’s your very first tarantula they are the place to go.

Fear not is my go to whenever I get the itch for a new tarantula. I have never had any issues with doa’s or shipping. The customer service is amazing.

I was not in a very happy place when I discovered Fear Not Tarantulas, and their store and staff opened a whole new world to me that has brought me so much joy and wonder! I came in with minimal knowledge and a bit of apprehension, and they empowered me to believe I could go from girly girl to tarantula keeper, and it has been the most rewarding hobby. Tarantulas are beautiful and interesting creatures, and there is always something new to learn. It’s changed how I view the world around me - there’s not many things left in the way of creepy crawlies that scares me anymore, lol. But none of that would have happened if I walked into a pet store and walked out with a spider. It’s the staff that was there and listened patiently to all my over-thought questions, set my slings up in safe and appropriate enclosures so that I felt confident taking them home, and continued to be available for more of my silly worries through both themselves and their community. I’ve now done several rehousings and have even had a successful molt! None of that would be possible without the time their staff takes to make sure you have the knowledge you need before you head out the door - they are also great with helping you choose a species that is right for you. And they love their spiders. It’s obvious - and I love that! And their prices are great. And their store is pretty. And they’re family friendly, lol. I could go on and on but I want to check on my tarantulas and see what they’re up to, lol.

Everyone is always helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I did a lot of research when looking for my first tarantula, and saw they were not too far, so I made a road trip with my husband, and they not only took time to answer all of our questions, but also recommend some options which resulted in a purchase of 3 tarantulas. Now, a year later, I have grown my collection to 18 tarantulas, hissing roaches, beetles and millipedes! I love this store, and I don't think I would shop anywhere else!
