Very poor customer service, a query on FD amount showing less than deposited amount (principal amount) was raised and with over a months followup no one bothered to answer and then I raised the complaint with RBI. Again another issue of an incorrect NEFT payment to federal bank from icici is sitting with federal with very clear instructions from bank and me about reversing the transaction but again they become just deaf with customer issues and complaint. So again a new RBI complaint will be initiated and now I would be closing this bank account for good

I am appaled by the lack of service by the Federal Bank customer service. A week ago I received an SMS from Federal Bank informing me that there was an unauthorised attempt by someone to use my debit card which was declined due to an invalid expiry date. I immediately contacted the bank and was asked to contact a toll free number which cannot be reached. Thereafter I was given the a generic email address to which I sent all requested details. Not having heard from them I sent a follow up email only to be sent a new ticket reference number. It's been 6 days with no replies or resolution so far. When I called the branch again I am asked to send them a request. I am trying to escalate the issue with no luck. Any bank dealing with an unauthorised use of debit/credit card needs to address it immediately but Federal Bank seems to be taking their own sweet time. I have blocked the card till I hear from them. All I am asking is to find out where the transaction was initiated from!! I received 3 more such SMS , one even today

Beware of Federal Bank's fraud. You may be sabotaged without even you knowing it. I am fighting to get back the balances in my 1 NRE account, 1 NRO account and 4 matured Term Deposits. They irrationally closed NRE and NRO accounts with substantial balances in it. Now refusing to pay the maturity proceeds of Fixed Deposits. Impossible to communicate with them. You write to them 1 topic, and they reply to you another topic.
