First time experience
I bought these brand for the first time this week and IMMEDIATELY after placing the first lenses in my eye it was FANTASTIC. Super soft and comfortable to wear, I'm actually shocked. My eyes are usually very dry but not this time!! Plus they put some jelly's in the box. Dream

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your review.
We’re really sorry to hear about your delivery experience. This is absolutely not the level of service we expect for our customers, and we completely understand your frustration.
We rely on our courier partners to deliver orders safely and on time, and it’s disappointing to hear that this did not happen in your case. Please know that we take this seriously and will be addressing this with courier to prevent such issues in the future.

Dear Bart,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the price and delivery speed.
We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the packaging. In some cases, a 90-pack supply may be fulfilled using three 30-pack boxes, depending on stock availability from the manufacturer. However, the total quantity of lenses supplied should still equal the full 90-pack ordered.
If you believe the quantity received is incorrect, please contact us at cs@feelgoodcontacts.com with your order details and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you.
Kind regards,
Feel Good Contacts Team

Dear Niamh,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulties with your contact lenses and with our customer service response times. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
Regarding the lenses rolling or moving excessively, this can sometimes happen if the lens fit, base curve, diameter, or material is not quite suitable for your eyes, even if the prescription power is correct. We would really like the opportunity to look into this further for you and help find a suitable resolution.
Please could you contact us at cs@feelgoodcontacts.ie
with your registered details, order number, and the brand of lenses purchased so we can investigate this matter properly.
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused and hope to have the chance to restore your confidence in our service.
Kind regards,
Feel Good Contacts Team
