Kind, Caring and wonderful attitude!
The attitude of the person I worked with. The information given the way I was treated WAS 180⁰ different from Doctor's I have seen and/or spoke with online. They understand (fem.excel.com) that i don't need another pill to help me to sleep. I need help with hormones that are causing me to wake up every single night 2-3 am for hours!

Relieved that someone understood what…
Relieved that someone understood what was going on with my body. It’s nice to know that this is not normal. When you go to the regular doctors, they act like this is the new normal for getting older and never address the issue so you just say, this is as good as it gets. Thanks for giving me peace of mind and to know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks again.

They listen and address.
What I like the most was the way they use your body's response as to how they adjust your medication. Not everything is the same for everybody. What works for somebody may not work for you. And they make sure that you receive the results that you are seeking, so your money is not spent in vain. It is not cheap to do hormone replacement therapy but it is your quality of life!

The service was prompt. However, I was surprised to be sent the supplements without being tested first. I don't know if that matters are not.I did send the blood sample in afterwards.But I haven't got the results.I'm sure they will be here soon.I just don't know how they came up with the right dosage.Without having any blood work on me
