So far everything has been great. My video appt went well and service has been extremely quick. However I just started on the hormones so can’t say how they may be helping yet. I’m looking forward to feeling like my old self!

The fact you get a face to face appointment with a medical professional and a blood test kit is what made me choose this company! My appointment was great! My LPN was so informative and listened to all my concerns,she explained everything that will happen through the course of my treatment plan including another appointment to discuss progress or dosage changes and I can connect with them at anytime with any questions or concerns! I was not blown off like I was with my PCP or Gyno. She was amazing and I’m so excited to get started with my treatment! Every woman deserves this type of care but we do not get it with our doctors normally! Christina was fantastic and I just know this is the time things will change for the better for me with my hormones. Can’t say enough about this experience! 100 stars!

I am thrilled at the empathy that my PA has. I just lost my dad and in that process I did not take care of anything. But got a call today from my PA and she was wonderful and totally understood. She will be shipping my meds out tomorrow so I can get back on track.

I initially saw fem excel on Tim tok. After some research to be sure it’s real I went ahead and did the assessment. The initial price was $29.00 cool. I spoke with the doctor I think in May but signed up in April. After doing the virtual call and sending in bloodwork. Everything was going smoothly. So I was already diagnosed as being menopausal from my obgyn and has been for 4 years. The hotflashes were taking me out. I didn’t want to do the pellet therapy so I was in search for other options. I was ready for something different so here we are. I was prescribed estridal and progesterone. The hotflashes did stop but the progesterone made me extremely tired as soon as I swallowed (literally) I called they took the mg down. Cool, so now I have (breakthrough bleeding) so now I have to pay for a different mg of progesterone. I’m bleeding again after four years. Not only that but an unsolicited $99.00 was charged to my card. Only to find out it’s a membership fee. Immediately I changed from my debit to my cash app card as a form of payment because no ma’am don’t just take my money. Then I had another consult now I take sublingual progesterone to control the immediate exhaustion. Was told to stop taking the estridal. But now my legs and everything hurt only to find out from the web I need estradiol for bone health but was told to stop due to the bleeding. After this final consultation and the only thing I was bothered with before was the hotflashes has turned into joint pain and bleeding. Then the final straw was it was $228.00 with the two prescriptions before then I was prescribed only the sublingual progesterone still paying $228.00 now I’m told I have double progesterone and a $29.00 shipping fee with fed ex. I finally told them to cancel my membership on July 18th. Now I’m back on finding a local obgyn to get me back regulated. I’m not saying this is a scam but I do feel like it’s a money grab and somewhat misleading since when the prescriptions come there is no paperwork showing side effects like at a traditional pharmacy. So beware…

Very friendly DR who listened to my concerns and explained to me the process and how they are different from my regular DR I see all the time. I am excited about this journey, and she made me feel special and like I mattered.

The NP was nice and attentive but I was charged over 300 dollars to my card without authorization or even being told..they scam you with a 50$ promotion.. no clarification just charges to your card 300$ for 2 medications, MIND YOU THIS IS A REOCCURRING CHARGE....DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Fast, knowledgeable, easy. My doctor's office was difficult to deal with when trying to get HRT. Fem Excel made it easy to fit into my schedule. I'm so grateful cuz I need the help.

They listen to what you’re saying is going on with you,why you’re reaching out to them in the first place. I told my doctors, there have been so many, how I was feeling and my answer was always, when we start to get older these things are normal for women. I really just wanted to say oh no you didn’t just say that. I left feeling even worse and just stopped saying anything at all, why bother. When I received a place to start and a person that listened I was so excited.

I felt like I was in competent hands as we reviewed my forms and meds and medical history. Once this was complete, she told me her recommendations and costs and we came up with a plan. I am excited to start my journey with them.

VERY thorough and informative session with my provider

Was a very easy process. My provider was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. She's also a great listener.

I was comfortable talking to the doctor and didn't feel crazy.

It was not disclosures the pricing nor the membership fees. When I initially “signed up” it was to pay $49 for a consult, labs, & prescriptions. Little did I know, as soon as you have the consult you are immediately charged $99 for the membership THEN an additional $160 almost for medication. I had NO IDEA that was happening. It told me I had to doa consult before getting my lab kit - so that’s what I did. It doesn’t mention anything else. So make sure you do your research fully. I wasn’t expecting $300 out of my account this evening.

Very helpful, listened and addressed my symptoms. Can't wait to get my hormones! 🤣
