The cost…the service just wasnt enough
I felt heard with FemExcel but the cost was too much for the product I was given. The prescriptions ans their dosage weren't completely clear. For exple I was given a thyroid med but didn't know exactly what med I was given or if it was just herbs to boost my production. The blood work wasnt as simple as I wanted it to be and canceling was such a challenge I couldnt figure it out. In 1 year they only did 1 blood test which didn't help me understand how well the meds were actually working.

Not worth it in my opinion
Used this service for over 6 months. Very difficult to get in touch with your provider. Spent thousands including weight loss meds had no results. A lot of lip service from customer service reps but nothing gets handled and you're left with no results. Spent $500 for the weight loss meds needed an adjustment possibly, no one gets back to you. Money and meds waisted.

I never got a follow up appt
I never got a follow up appt, Scheduled logged in and nothing. My practitioner was great. I did receive meds but for what this cost privately. A no show is a no for me. No one had reached out to reschedule. I feel like they drippy the ball.

My consult went great! Meaghan the provider was very knowledgeable and was very responsive to my issues. So glad that I decided to do this! Excited to get started with my treatment plan and see results!

Don’t do it
It started with my first appointment being rescheduled and then the nurse was 15 minutes late to the virtual appointment. After a few months I had my second appointment with the nurse. She increased my dosage but when I received them they were the same dosage so I sent an email stating they were supposed to be increased so they sent me additional pills at an additional cost. I found them to be unorganized and felt they didn’t really care about my health just the money.
