No directions on bottles, nothing said what was in the bottle.

Great company and great pills , took while to receive but pills are great and this people complaining don’t have clue .

On November 16, 2025, I ordered 3 bottles of Ivermectin (which included 2 free bottles) & 3 bottles of Fenbendazole (which included 2 free bottles) for a total of $247.18. I viewed on their site under “Contact” that their place of business was only 4 miles from my Downey, California location (only a 7 minute drive), there address is 3416 Garfield Ave., City of Commerce, CA 90040. On Nov. 22 (6 days after the order), I sent an email to them asking when the order was supposed to arrive, and received a polite response that because of the low price and high demands orders were taking longer. I asked if I could drive by and pick it up, but they stated they ONLY ship orders. Dec. 6 (20 days later I asked again when the order will arrive, and quoted their previous response, they stated that it would be a “Slight delay”, when U.S. mail usually takes at MOST 3 days to send something that distance. I noticed on the Delivery tracking site that it was coming overseas from “JCEX” (Which is a Chinese company) but they assured me that “sometimes routing scans can appear to move parcels across the world even though the package originates from our City of Commerce facility, and also the fabricated response that the high volume because of demand caused the delay. On January 2, 2026, I sent a firm response and demanded either the products or my money back!
Their response: “Thank you for reaching out. The tracking showing a transit point in China is due to our global network of distribution centers, which sometimes route shipments through central hubs to optimize transit times and reduce costs. This is a standard logistics practice and does not affect the product’s manufacturing origin or quality. As of December 20, 2025, at 10:08 AM, your package has departed the Seattle, WA Post Office and is now in transit within the U.S.
Thank you for your patience. (More lies) As a package from WA, will only take 3-4 days to reach me. I responded: “It is NOW going on 46 days to send a package 4.5 miles. WHY IS THAT?????” Their response: Our products are manufactured in Lithuania, which adheres to the strict regulatory standards of the EU. This location is chosen because the standards for purity and regulation are often more stringent than those in the U.S. Regarding the current delay, as your order was placed during the holiday season, shipping times can be longer than standard estimates. (Again, more lies). And several more “Your package is in transit to the next facility en route to its final destination”.
On Jan. 3, I made a fraud alert with my VISA card company, and spoke with a live person explaining the situation. They immediately issued me a preliminary credit (GOOD). And later received a confirmed refund, still not knowing if FENEXIA actually refunded me, or my VISA card ate the loss. A friend of mine, looking for Ivermectin & Fenbendazole, sent me a link for “Shopwellnesslab.com” which looked exactly like FENEXIA marketing SCAM, and today I notice it shows NO products or links… Another SCAM. I was fortunate to get my money back, mainly because my VISA (Citibank) Costco is reputable. I feel for all the other customers who have lost.
I have no question, this company is almost completely run by AI. And makes customers feel like they care and don’t take outraged customers personally because what FENEXIA really only is: An AI money-making machine with NO product!

Not so much what went wrong ,but they came from China, my wife also comes from China and won't take them as unknown medical companies have a real bad reputation over there

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered this product over a month ago. Each time I’ve emailed, I get the same response that it’s “on the way”. This is 109% a scam and I plan to follow up with BBB. Looks like it will be impossible to get a refund, so I will be reaching out to my credit card company to dispute the charge and have it reversed! Plan to put review on ever Facebook ad for them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Hmmm, maybe a class action lawsuit?

FENAXA AND FENEXIA ARE NOT THE SAME THING. PEOPLE MISTAKEN FENAXA FOR FENEXIA BUT FENEXIA IS THE REAL DEAL. I HAD THEIR IVERMECTIN AND FENBENDAZOLE TESTED AND IT WAS 100% PURE I CAN SHOW PROOF. FENAXA IS FAKE FENEXIA IS REAL!!

do not trust this company it also goes by fenexia. I purchased Ivermectin from fenexia and sent out to a lab to be tested and it had ZERO ivermectin detected. they claimed they’re gonna refund my money and run you in circles. someone posted that fenexia is the real deal and it’s not it’s all fraud. we need to file complaints with the food and drug administration as this is playing with people’s lives

I had the pill tested by Australian government drug testing agency and the results came back just corn starch so pl do not buy this product I brought them from fenexia USA company but the product co from china please please do not buy from then

I ordered the product fenbendazole . very slow delivery almost 2 months . when it arrived the bottles say Fenexa not what was on the ad that I ordered and no ingredients
I have been emailing for 2 weeks now the replies are robotic they keep offering anywhere from 30 to 60 % refund or 100% if I return the product and pay for the shipping back to china. its suppose to be manufactured in US
Very shady company save your money and the hassle

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM! I placed an order for quite a few bottles. When they arrived all the label said is Fenaxa 444mg with absolutely NO ingredient information. I tried contacting the company countless times without any assistance. They kept sending garbage messages that just send you in circles with no help. I told them I wanted a full refund and they ignored me. I had called to do a claim on my credit card so they finally gave me not even half of what I paid. I should not have let that go, and may still pursue it. I was not sure what other people were experiencing. They told me the reason the bottle was so blank is due to PRINTING ERROR. This company should not be permitted to send their garbage to the USA. We are considering having the contents tested. I think we ordered 6 bottles so we really got ripped off. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. NO NAME OF COMPANY ON THE BOTTLE, NO INGREDIENTS INCLUDED ON THE BOTTLE. NO CONTACT INFORMATION INCLUDED ON THE BOTTLE. THE CAPSULES HAVE BROWN POWDER IN THEM TO ABOUT HALF FULL. Who knows what this garbage is? We should find where to report them to stop them from shipping unknown brown powder to our citizens.

I believe this to be a scam. arrived marked Fenaxa 444 mg bottle looks professional , but they seem to be some sort of placebo sugar pill.they are a white capsule so you cannot see that they are barely 1/2 full.

Did not place an order with this company, no idea who they are, but I know this stuff in the bottle is pure JUNK. Some-how they got ahold of my credit card, charge it and shipped me a bottle. Problem is I am an International Website Investigator/Attorney.

They scammed the wrong person this time.... My office will be all over this company in 72 hours.

Scam said fenbendazole on the site sent something different then I just got charged a subscription service that I never asked for it’s a definite scam site

Don’t order anything or give any information to this company. They used my card details to bill me for some membership scam. Contacted them within a few hours of being charged and was basically told tough.
