25/03/25 - mail to inform about the missing unit
25/03/25 - answer "We will ship the rest immediately"
08/03/25 - missing unit still not received - reminding mail
14/03/25 - Still no answer from FenbenPro - missing unit still not received

Easy checkout, emails confirming the order was correct and fast delivery.

I have not expected to receive the order so fast. That is positive. Unfortunately I have received package with only 90 units but I have ordered and paid for 180 units which is 80 USD more expensive then 90 units.

I'm satisfied with the service and delivery. There was a delay due to lack of availability, for which I received an email, notifying me for the expected dates and asking about my preferences. They delivered everything exactly to the address and included an additional product as a gift.

Fast shipping, good packaging

I ordered off of Amazon and received my package within 4-5 days. I was very pleased with the product. It was professionally packaged and is exactly what I ordered. I just ordered 6x 250g directly from FenBenLab because it is temporarily out of stock on Amazon. I had a hard time putting the order through the FenBen company because my bank kept refusing it. I called the fraud department at my bank and told them to release the payment that I have already done business with FenBenLab and it is a legit company and I would be ordering often from them and to release the payments in the future. The bank allowed the first 3x250g through and I could see the order in transit. I tried to order the second batch of 3x250gr the same day and again they refused it! I called the bank again and had them release the payment. It was released and both packages are on there way😁 I understand it will take a little longer to receive my order because I’m not getting it from the Amazon warehouse in Canada. I am getting it from FenBenLabs in Lithuania. To the gentleman who is complaining about FenBenLabs not allowing his order to go through - it’s your bank not the company!!

If you ask me YOU blew it TRUSTPILOT. This company took my CC information then kept saying something was wrong. I tried contacting them on their site and also by an always busy signal on their U.S. listed phone number. Now I have to worry that now they have my CC info and what are they doing with it as they remain utterly unresponsive. Read my mind about YOUR trustworthiness TRUSTPILOT!

I received my order within 4 days. There is also a real person behind the chat box who is knowledgeable and who makes good on promises. I can recommend this company.

Very ok expérience

My first order was Oct 2024 and I received my product within 10 days. I did not submit a review then. I appreciated the email up dates on order confirmation and shipping details. The product arrived as promised and was packaged securely. My second order in Dec 2024 was unable to be delivered due to new US shipping regulations and manufacturer paperwork not updated. The shipper also delayed my order. I used the website to ask for a refund and received it as promised in 3 days. I look forward to the complications in shipping being resolved in order to receive products in the future.
