Using Fender.com to buy my Squire Telecaster was a seamless experience. Found a great guitar at a great price. Exactly the body color and neck I was looking for. It shipped quickly, arrived in excellent packaging and was perfect out of the box. I would not hesitate for a moment to buy direct from Fender again.

The Fender website is easy to navigate and, after the purchase, the shipping updates are timely and accurate. The products speak for themselves...and I personally have not been disappointed with anything.

Variety of products

I was updating a Squire with Fender parts to improve functionality. In general it was a good experience and although 3rd party replacements were less expensive, I went with Fender parts based on quality and respect for Leo Fender. More photos or mechanical dimensions would be helpful to assist in selecting appropriate parts.

I ordered the limited edition road worn p bass and received a jazzmaster by mistake? The whole exchange/return process was not very well explained, then the original bass i ordered was sold-out by the time I tried to make the return. Luckily I was able to finalize the process with some help from customer service but it was definitely an inconvenience especially for my first direct purchase from Fender. When my bass finally arrived, the case that shipped with it wasn't properly glued during production so I had to fix it myself not a big deal but still inconvenient especially for the price tag and prior blunder.

Ordered Fender 57 Trem arm. I like the one on my new 57 Vintage II strat so much I ordered one for my 2004 Deluxe.
The threaded end is too short which makes it impossible to thread into the block.
Furthermore the opposite end is not bent at the upward angle that the new 57 V2 is equipped with.
Nevertheless both guitars are outstanding for their playability and sonic pallet. It’s always been Fender for me.

The paranormal Tele deluxe (troublemaker) far exceeded my expectations. This guitar at this price point (not to mention the sale price) was a fantastic deal. The playability, the sound, the feel of the neck... fantastic. Add in the cool looks, what's not to love. Would absolutely buy this guitar again (at full price)

The squire HTH Sonic Strat is a great way to make some noise easy to play sounds really great it’s just the right size for my stubby fingers to play

Rating a one star because I did not receive the guitar yet.I am sure I’ll give it a 5 star, I’m an old Fender fan.Had a preCBS PRECISION BASS back in the 60’s.

Less than a week after my purchase a pretty huge sale started. Since my purchase was very expensive and it took months of saving I emailed customer service to see if there was any way I can get some of that savings. I had ordered a mod shop guitar and it wasn't even being worked on at this point. I was simply told no with no reasoning.
