I ordered a accoustic guitar from Fender for the very first time. I realized that the delivery address was incorrect and I was in a state of panic. I Called Fender and got Kane on the phone. Kane was thorough, professional and a person of character who keeps his word. He assured me he would check when FEDEX ships the package, contact them, and change to the correct delivery address. Kane, did just that, and now I am relieved that the guitar will be delivered to the correct address. I am now confident, that I chose the correct guitar manufacturer, for my first purchase. Kane is the reason for my confidece in Fender for future purchases and for servies. Thank you Kane.

People extend your made a very solid transaction with me which I must report. I purchased a Stratocaster and upon arrival be rear strap button was damaged and so is the body of the guitar. I made a phone call and the guitar was picked up within a day all taken care of by fender. And then, about 3 days later my replacement arrived. It's perfect! This is the best guitar I've ever had I love the neck. But more importantly the people with thunder went out of the way to make this happen for me quickly and without pain. I highly recommend them as reputable reliable people to do business with not just over the last decades, but right as of today. I ordered two artist series guitars made in Mexico and they were wired wrong....had to send them back to get another one....pretty frustrating and time consuming

great price for the MOD shop guitar , I have not received it yet so I can not comment on that . I asked a question and they got back to me pretty fast , i asked if i could change a minor thing on the guitar to just add the fender strap locks instead of reg and they said they can't but I could buy some , I personally think they could of made the minor change but its no big deal i bought some black ones to add to it once it arrives , prob would of done 5 stars if they made the switch :)

I bought a new Stratocaster a little over a year ago. While investigating what model to buy and all the details of each , I had the best experience imaginable talking with multiple representatives directly from Fender. Weather on the phone, email or live chat, everyone of the representatives were completely informed and ready to share and and answer all my questions throughly, politely, and without inflated opinions. Just pure , transparent facts and vitality useful information. Besides the obvious fact of Fender leading the way in so many respects, their team of dedicated representatives absolutely makes the whole enterprise of Fender iron clad, solid brand in its entirety.

Fender supplied my Stratocaster exactly as the promised "stage ready." All I needed to do was customize my player preferences.

Great price. Better setup and more playable out of the box than I expected. Only minor adjustments to string height.

Every interaction I've had with Fender,wheather it is online purchases or Their Products purchased in store,I have never had a a problem. I've purchased maybe 15 Fender guitars, Stratocasters, Telecasters,Jazzmaster,Mustangs and Amps. With that many purchases and no problems, I am a Only Fender's Fan . Merchandise too. Dog collars,leash,shirts,tin signs, I just purchased a Illuminated licensed sign @ Hobby Lobby.

The Mod Shop process is excellent and very neat for someone like me that wants to "tweak" a production model exactly what you want. Overall I am happy with the process and the assembly / delivery was very fast. The guitar arrived well before the estimated delivery date and the email communications / tracking were great. My only issue is the guitar arrived in the wrong color... Now Fender has been great. They acknowledged the mistake and promise to make it right BUT I have to wait until after the new year as the factory is shut down for the holidays. It was a genuine mistake and I am glad eventually I will get the guitar I ordered but I will have to wait another month just to send it back and wait however long it takes to replace / rebuild the guitar with the correct color body. Its not the worse case scenario but I am disappointed to have to go through all this for a special order guitar.

Ordered an amp cover from Fender, it didn't fit my amp so I had to exchange it, Fender was very prompt on helping me get the one that fit and even next day shipped it, prompt shipping, friendly and knowledgable service help, didn't have to wait days for return emails, thanx Fender YOU ROCK !!

We bought two Fender Guitars, and they delivered as hoped. We bought a California Standard Redondo and a CC-60S ALL Mahogony Concert guitars. Both are excellent and met all of our expectations. Excellent purchase. These were bought on-line, and the process was excellent.

My Fender Squier Paranormal Troublemaker Telecaster arrived quickly. The guitar was packed in its box very securely and well protected. The guitar is beautiful, and plays and sounds excellent. I like the fret inlays, and the neck is very comfortable. I don’t see anything that I would want to adjust for now, it appears to be put together very well. Lots of great sounds with the humbucker/single coil pull pots. The overall size and weight is good for me too. The ice blue metallic with matching headstock looks awesome, looks even better in person than in the ads. Super satisfied with this purchase, thank you.
