A few times I have had to reach out to the Fender technicians and found them to be the best ever. Kudo's to the gear advisors, particularly Will D. for taking care of me.
The team here truly stands out. Not only do they offer some of the finest products available, but their customer service is exceptional. Initially, I was hesitant to incorporate digital products into my collection of analog effects and amplifiers. However, after trying a ToneMaster Pro several years ago, I was thoroughly impressed. Now, I regularly use the Tone Master Twin, Tone Master Pro, and several FR10s.
I wasn’t always a Fender enthusiast, but that has certainly changed. I find myself repeatedly returning for their guitars and equipment. One day, I realized every instrument I relied on was from Fender. It's common to see other brands comparing themselves to Stratocasters and Telecasters, which, in my view, represent the gold standard of instruments.
On occasions when I've contacted Fender technicians, they've consistently provided outstanding support. Special thanks to the gear advisors, especially Will D., for their attentive assistance.

I had the Absolute pleasure of speaking with Kane Kitchen this morning.
I have to say that was the BEST customer service experience I have ever had!
He was friendly, patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and very professional.
More importantly, he took the time to answer all my questions and also went above and beyond and provided me with even more helpful information. Absolutely incredible!
I'm getting back into playing guitar after a long hiatus and Kane absolutely made this decision easier for me. Knowing that there is someone I can contact if I have any questions about my guitar, amp or any other gear gives me piece of mind and the confidence to start up again.
Completely blow away and I did not expect that level of professionalism and exceptional service!

The straps that hold open the top of the case for my 1-year-old Ultra Telecaster failed when the case was opened. I contacted Fender customer service (Madi) and after providing photos and my purchase documentation, the case was promptly replaced under warranty. Fender stands behind their products and supports their customers!

My first call to Fender, and I was honestly surprised by the time I received from Mark B. My concern was a possible warranty issue, and Mark quickly “got it” based on his personal knowledge of guitar. After other customer service experiences in general, it was uplifting to call Fender and talk to an intelligent guy who clearly wants to help.

My father instilled in me growing up a deep appreciation for music, and helped foster the idea that music has inherent powers of healing, evocation, and a lovely ability to dissolve social barriers. He taught me what I know of recording and production. Fender gear was a staple of my formative years. When Dad passed a couple of years ago I inherited some awesome Fender instruments, and some PreSonus devices. I had questions about it, and when I reached out to Fender, I got some good information, stuff I did not know. The Fender Rep, Mark B., was quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Hard to find these days.
I'm happy to know that the customer service is as good as the product!

I live in Brazil and I bought a Fender amplifier at Guitar Center Orlando Store.
The seller guy that I didn’t need to test it in the store. Even so, I tested it during my trip and it was OK but when I got home, it would shut off by itself and suddenly stopped working.
I contacted the dealers in Brazil, but they didn’t provide any assistance, nor did the store where I bought it (Guitar Center).
I contacted the factory directly, who promptly assisted me and resolved the problem by sending me another product in perfect condition. Thank you @fender (CAESAR TAPIA), and “no thanks” to @guitarcenter , @pridemusicshop and @mademusicstore who failed to act.

A latch broke on the case for my Gretsch Falcon. I went to the Gretsch site for guidance for warranty issues, but they don't tell you how you get help. So, I called Musicians Friend where I bought the guitar.. They wanted to help, but sent me to a local Fender repair center. They told me I should just call a Fender Gear Advisor. I can hardly believe how easy it was and how fast it was handled. I called the number that came up from Googling "Fender gear advisor". Will D. answered in about 30 seconds. He emailed me a couple minutes later with the few things they required. The next morning I sent those in via that email and in less than 24 hours I had a new case. Thanks Will!

Caesar helped me locate and order the correct machine heads for my old Duosonic. He also helped me determine which Telecaster neck that would be the most similar to my Lonestar Strat neck. I tried the neck he suggested on the American Pro II Telecaster and bought it on the spot. Thanks again for your help Caesar.

Working with Caesar Tapia via email to answer some questions about a telecaster I had. He took his time was patient and either answered my questions or guided me on how to find the answer. He has kept an open line of communication and even followed up on a few things. His customer service is some of the best and Fender is lucky to have him.

Bought an acoustic guitar off of Amazon. It came with hard shell case. It came locked but no keys. I was able to pop the lock & get the guitar out. Amazon told me to contact Fender. I called & spoke to Caesar Tapia, a customer service rep. He was extremely helpful & took care of my issue ASAP. Excellent customer service.

I had an issue with my Squier PJ Bass that required a warranty replacement, and Kane Kitchen at Fender handled the entire process with absolute professionalism and care. Communication was clear, fast, and transparent at every step, and I never felt left in the dark about what was happening with my claim.
Kane made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. The replacement process was smooth, efficient, and handled exactly the way customer service should be done. This experience honestly restored my confidence in Fender’s customer support.

I recently purchased an EVH 5150III 2x12 cabinet and one of the speakers completely failed almost immediately, and yes, it was correctly powered with a matched Ohm rating in accordance with it’s stated parameters.
I wrote customer service and Mark B. immediately responded, which I very much appreciated. I was disappointed to discover that they were unable to just swap out the speaker for me but Mark was able to offer me reimbursement in the form of merchandise of equal value from their catalog.
Mark was very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the process so because of that I am satisfied with the resolution.

Fender sell a Squier by Fender Sonic guitar kit on Amazon UK for £200. It includes 3 months of free online lessons. But the code does not work! I've contacted Fender support twice and they have not even bothered to respond.
I've called amazon 4 times and spoken to 5 different people. Each time they promised a return call with resolution within 24 hours. Never got a call back. EAch call takes 30minutes + of my life. DO NOT BUY FROM FENDER
