I bought a guitar for my son for Christmas. After only a few hours of use the end of the connector on the cord broke off inside the amp so another cord could not be plugged in. I contacted Fender and they requested pics. I sent the pics and a new amp & cord arrived THE NEXT DAY!! Best customer service I've had in decades!

I recently sent back an Affinity Tele. It was within the first 30 days of purchase. The reps at Fender were AWESOME. Both Kane and David were responsive, professional and invested in providing a solution. They sent me a return label, and also sent me a new replacement Tele, which so far has been great. I am very pleased with the service that I have received and would recommend buying direct from Fender.

Long time fan of Fender and have owned many of their guitars and used 100’s of their parts and pickups in my work. Had a brand new set of Custom Shop Twisted Tele pickups that unfortunately had a defective neck pickup. I’ve played and installed this neck pickup in several guitars and love it, but something was wrong with it. After explaining the issue and my troubleshooting process they just sent out a new pair. My customer is happy and I am happy. Thanks to Mark B in customer service who went above and beyond and was attentive to my calls/emails and took care of me. Very pleased to see Fender stands behind their product and warranties. Thank you!

I reached out because an amazon seller (labeled as "Fender Store") sent me an empty envelope. I got connected to Kane and explained the situation. Kane was courteous and extremely understanding of the odd situation, and overnighted me the product I bought. A++ service, and I'll certainly buy directly from Fender next time.

Needed Presonus support due to hardware failure, They initially answered my ticket asking questions like version etc. Then radio silence.
I then called Support and spoke with Mark B. from Fender. My issue was immediately addressed with prompt, courteous service and I am more than happy with the outcome. (Warranty replacement). I really cannot express how valued I felt as a long time customer and user of both Fender and Presonus products. Major Kudos to Mark B.!!

My experience with Fender from top to bottom start to finish has been exemplary. Not only has this company with precision knowledge and love of craft produced some of the finest musical instruments in the history of mankind, their customer service is on that same level of excellence. For example, I was having a serious technical issue with my mustang GTX 100 leading to frustration and, rather than beat around the bush or put me though hoop after hoop or add to the frustrations before a refund or exchange like so many other companies would, Mark B simply sent me a brand new one, under warranty. No questions; no problems, just cheers and enjoy. Now that is how you treat and retain customers. These kind professionals at fender truly care about their customers and want them to not only succeed in their musical endeavors, but they want to help, reduce stress, and simply make the customer happy. This Fender customer first motif is sorely needed in a world where many companies try to side step away from accountability for any mistakes or product issues. Fender has been a great experience and I am so happy to be able to enjoy their fine instruments that bring me so much joy and be a part of the fender family.

I contacted Fender and they were so kind and helpful to still honor the promotion. I'm used to being somewhat disappointed with the support I receive, when online orders arrive damaged, or missing parts. In this case, a tuner that was part of a Fender FA-125 guitar kit (tuner) was broken on arrival. I followed directions on the Amazon website and quickly found my way to Consumer Relations at Fender, sent a note detailing the issue and was quickly contacted in turn by Kane Kitchen a Gear Advisor at Fender. Kane's response was courteous, clear and concise and he resolved the issue perfectly within a few minutes. The experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Kane's service skills and competence level are excellent. Thank you.

In general, Fender provides excellent customer service, but today, I was especially impressed with Gear Advisor Caesar Tapia.
Caesar was friendly, informative, generous with his time and he also had extensive knowledge regarding a very wide range of Fender products and services. I've found that these days especially, it has become increasingly rare to find someone who serves as a model ambassador for the companies they work for, and Caesar is exactly that. I can't say enough good things about him, and this definitely helps me remain a dedicated customer of Fender!

Possiedo già una Fender Telecaster che funziona molto bene. Ho acquistato un'altra chitarrina - da viaggio - nel senso che lo scopo di uitlizzo è stata la comodità di trasporto e un buon compromesso tra qualità e prezzo. La chitarra è una Fender Sonoran Mini e certamente rappresenta un buon rapporto prezzo-qualità. ovviamente, dato il corpo ridotto, non può avere la medesima sonorità di altre chitarre acustiche ma direi che assolve il suo scopo molto bene.

Cuando les he escrito reportando el error me han ofrecido 3€ de descuento en otra correa. Un insulto al sentido común que sin duda me hacen cambiar mi opinión sobre esta marca.

Ordered a pair of guitars from the Fender UK site which took a little longer than expected to arrive but that can be forgiven due to it being festive frenzy season as they eventually arrived on 23rd December (ordered 16th December).
First guitar turned up (Squier P Bass) and it appears one the dials has become detached internally and rattling around in the pick guard. Not good. It’s a Squier so doesn’t come in any decent packaging so this is either a factory issue or the box maybe took a knock in transit. There were also some scratches and paint defects which are a nuisance but the dial issue made the guitar useless.
Second guitar turned up (Telecaster Ultra II) and due to being in a molded deluxe case, it should be absolutely pristine. Open the case up and the guitar looked fine but then I found a pretty obvious tooling mark in the fretboard near the nut. Probably borderline acceptable on a cheap £150 Squier, but not a chance on an Ultra II. How QC didn’t pick this up or deem it acceptable for a £2000 guitar is beyond me as you’d expect perfection out the box for that kind of money.
I reached out to Fender Customer Support the same day I received both guitars (23rd December) and they quickly responded & eventually acknowledged a week later the Squier as being faulty & sent over a shipping label (30th December). This took a little longer than ideal to sort but granted it’s the Xmas period.
The big problem is Fender STILL have not even acknowledged the issue with the Telecaster and we are now approaching 2 weeks since I first raised it with them. I did send a reminder email stating my rejection of the Telecaster under the Consumer Contracts Regs & Consumer Rights Act due to quality issues on the 29th December and they still have not responded as of today. I can appreciate the Xmas period is busy for customer service, but 2 weeks to not even acknowledge a raised issue with a flagship guitar, yet they quickly got in touch about a Squier issue? Come on……..
It also needs to be mentioned that the customer service telephone number provided for UK & Ireland on their website is disconnected. Not helpful if you need to get in touch with them!
Unfortunately after speaking to a few local guitarists about this issue, it seems Fender have a reputation for being hard to contact in the UK which is why I was recommended to put a review on Trustpilot to get their attention!
